Milky Lane - Gasworks

First time at Milky Lane and it was delicious! Definitely worth going all the way to the city in the rain for.

The Staff and food made this place truly amazing. Can't wait to visit again!!!

Customer service was great, location great, the look of the shop great but the burgers are so sloppy with way too much

The service was pretty terrible. We had to continuously flag people down to order food and drinks. We pretty much got put at a table and got forgotten about. Left after an hour and a half without ordering desert. We didn’t want to wait any longer.

Great service Friendly staff Made our small group feel special

Waited 30mins for cocktails and 45mins for a beer only for them to tell us they didn’t have the one we ordered.

We booked a table for our friends birthday at 7pm, when we got there the table was set outside, which we didn’t want. We sat outside and the security guy came and said we should social distance, having a chair between each person. Manager Kyle was extremely rude from the beginning when he said the only option was wait for the people that were inside leave, when the security came he was extremely rude again, saying that the only option was sitting in that table where was illegal. Me and my friends are never coming back to this place, specially because of a poor and rude manager that does not know how to deal with people.

Considering the circumstances the staff were amazing our first visit and looking forward to coming again and trying more of the food ☺️

Team were so friendly! Must have seen the disappointment in my face when I mentioned my dietary requirements and my partner ordered the cheat meal all for himself. Brought a special side of fries just for me! Will be back

Everything was good n great service even I did a mistake of doing our reservation..instead of being at Gold coast I just found out that we made our reservation down Brisbane ways.. But still we were open door n accept to dine in at milkylane down gold coast.... So I do appreciate everything n also there service 😁😁😁thanks guys
