Great service. Really tasty burgers & chips. A little in the expensive side for the burger market but would definitely return.

The dessert was overcooked and the staff seemed unorganised tonight. Much better last time we came

Everything we had was pretty good and I was happy with my pinkish burger (hard to find) A burger that had sauce that was too hot for one of our party was happily exchanged for a new one. Big tick. Some menu items are outrageously expensive. Almost $9 for a pretty small “large” fries and $9.90 for a standard thick shake. Both of those things were yummy but, gawd...

Food was great, some of it forgotten, but still tasty. One of our servers was Kyle and he was amazing! Makes us want to go back. Very welcoming!

If I could give a bigger rating I would. Today is my birthday and I had been having the worst day and then my friend and I came to Milky lane for dinner and honestly can not thank you guys enough for your service. Kyle was just beyond amazing! New our drinks order, new what was the best food! He saw I was having a bad night and just made it so much freaking better!! He needs a pay rise and a pay week off for just being such an amazing freaking human being

Food took 45 minutes to come out and it wasn't even that great. Chips were just okay, nothing special about any of it it.

Venue was good, table service was good but the food took way too long to arrive - I noticed one table left before their food arrived it was that slow.!

Amazing drinks! The whole table had fab cocktails! If they didn’t take over half an hour to get to our table, we would have had many more! Yum burgers but quite expensive and again a very long wait (about 50 mins). Service wasn’t great. Will be back for drinks though!

The restaurant did not seem overly busy as it was a Wednesday night, however we waited over an hour for our food. The waiters were lovely and expressed how sorry they were, the venue was obviously very under staffed. After waiting for 1 hour you would expect the food to be amazing however was very average. Quite a shame as there was such a hype for Milky Lane.

I have been there 3 times now and the food quality and service are what keeps me going back. Always pleasant staff with very minimal wait times for food even when it's super busy. The burgers are amazing. I recommend the Kanye burger! As a famous Austrian/Californian governor once said, "I'll be back"

Fire alarm went off, room filled with smoke, my kids had to move their sets to allow the firemen through, we smellet of smoke when we left, we all had to shower when we got home. I have been looking forward to going way before it even opened, this was my first visit and I was very disappointed

Food was great! Came to our table reasonably quick. Was a bit of a wait to get our order taken (had to let wait staff know we were ready). The staff taking orders didn't seem like they had their own section to work in, however i could be wrong. But as the restaurant is still new im willing to put it down to teething issues that im sure the staff will fix up. All that being said, the staff were all very friendly! Will definitely be back again!

Visited the new restaurant at Gas Works and enjoyed the food and service

Don’t go here if you intend on eating like a lady! This is where you wanna go if you LOVE food just want to pig out! Some of the best food I’ve ever had, finished my burger and loaded fries, feeling absolutely stuffed but still wanting dessert. Seeing all the amazing cocktails around the room and all the other foods I didn’t get to try, I’ll definitely be back to try all the other good stuff on the menu😍 Also obsessed with the pineapple relish🙌🏼

The service was great! The food was beautiful and came out quick! We had the Kevin bacon, loaded fries and bueno cocktail. We haven’t stopped talking about the food since our visit!

It would be good if there were more specialty cocktails like the ones shown on Facebook

All the food is over-priced and the service was abysmal. You’re paying for the hype and novelty.

Food was delicious and came out within reasonable time, cocktails were nice but over priced for what they are. We had booked over a month in advance for 4 people and were given a huge round table that seated up to 6 in the middle of everything with lots of traffic from waiters and waitresses. Would have been nice to be in a booth. Also order fries and before we were finished they were taken from the table without the waitress saying a word

Besides the snidey and rudeness from the young female waitress it was a great time.

Amazing service, thanks again for making our night out celebrating our daughter's 21st so memorable.

The food was amazing however a booking in advance is essential as it gets very busy

I understand it’s a new venue so the staff are still learning but just a few things that could be improved. Was given a shared cocktail and no glasses to pour it into so waited ages for someone to walk past for us to ask for some glasses. Order came over 3 times and the waitress wasn’t sure what the order was and it was incorrect a few times. But overall good food and service other than that.

Wonderful service and a great atmosphere. Burgers were delicious and the deep fried gaytime dessert was out of this world!

Everything was pretty good except not one of our 4 burgers was cooked medium as advertised. All were closer to well done, pretty disappointing.

Food was great and prices are fair! But staff is not friendly/warm and they don't seem to be happy at all. I was expecting a better hospitality from them. Everything else is great.

I’m giving 1 star because the staff were all very nice. But an hour wait for an average tasting burger was not worth the hype. The loaded fries and mushroom croquette were nice though but even those took half an hour to come out.

Once seated, a staff memeber (his first shift) was amazing. Unfortunately all other senior staff were rude. Food was below average

Food was amazing Service on the poor side however. Food was taken away when we hadn’t finished, water not brought to the table when requested, and several times approached the table with food we hadn’t ordered to ask if it was ours. Maybe these are teething problems, the restaurant has only been open for two weeks. Overall I’ll definately be back
