Service was fast and staff were polite However I did get a drink spilt on me by waiter and waitress cleared the table and dropped a tray on me I sat in the wrong seat lol

The room had a great vibe and was just the right volume that you could still have a conversation and hear each other 👍🏻

we loved it, the food was absolutely unreal. 10/10 would definitely recommend

A young guy (not sure of his role possibly shift manager) went to the enth degree to ensure my meal wouldn’t react with me as I simply asked about dairy contents in particular items. He was so professional and next level. I’ve never experienced such effort in customer service and this guy deserves a pay rise.

I think the drinks were a little overpriced and the big cocktails to share at $60 was very overpriced and very weak.

Had too stand in door way for 10 mins waiting for a reserved table when one clearly free then giving one right at door way where everyone stood to pay bills with there sweaty ass cracks in my face won’t be rushing back

Great experience and food, but hardly any alcohol in the cocktails. For $18, you would expect to taste a bit of alcohol in there, but it just tasted like a milkshake.

Overall we Loved it. Will definitely be coming back for a Beuno Cocktail! and Burg! Our Wait Staff were good, but not quiet awesome... would have been nice if the Waitstaff let us know chips were not served with he Burgs and used the good ole "up sell". And supplied water to the table upon us sitting down rather than having to ask twice for it. and return service for the drinks could have been better (more frequent).. The Above is just suggestions obviously, we still really enjoyed the Milky Lane Experience! Thanks!

The staff weren’t overly friendly. A few issues. One of the kids spilt a drink and didn’t offer replacement and there was a wrong order for dessert and they walked off and shook there heads. Didn’t leave a great feel.

We had a booking at 7pm last night, arrived 10 minutes early and was swiftly taken to our seats anyway. Our waiter was beyond amazing and I wish I had got his name. He was attentive to every need. My 11 year old son is between a child’s menu and adult menu and a burger was created to his taste. He loved it!!!! We left at 8pm, we had starters and two drinks each. So to the say the service was quick would be an understatement. Milky Lane Newcastle is only getting better by the day and from someone who has managed restaurants and hotels for over 26 years, last night topped any dining experience I have had in a while. Thank you!

Quick to be seated, friendly staff, food was reasonably priced and food wait time wasn’t too long.

The only thing was well two things one we got a desert not a milkshake in fact two deserts first I can’t remember if my friend got something to eat after the two deserts or one desert but we shared the second one I thought you could have a mixture of music instead of today’s music great service friendly nice atmosphere will definitely be back

Atmosphere: GREAT... Food: Extremely fast but abit undercooked. Meat patty still pink, onion rings soggy, loaded fries cold... Service: Very polite but WAYYYYY too attentive. Every 2 minutes we had our waitress ask us how we were or how our meal was 🙄... She must’ve waited till we both have our mouths full then she’d ask.. Then the bill was printed out & landed on our table & said pay at the register. $100 bill all within 45mins.. Massively pushed out!!! She must’ve been on a bonus system to get people in & out within the hour!!! Well she succeeded.. We won’t be back..
