Less pressure on wait staff from management. Came across a bit overbearing and we felt uncomfortable for them.

Service was quick for taking our order, but I was the last to get my cocktail, everyone else had pretty much finished their drinks by the time I got mine. My naked burger was great and I believe the rest of the family enjoyed their food, but my son in laws burger which had chicken on it was under cooked it was still quite pink inside, informed staff and a fresh burger was made.Atmosphere was great staff were friendly.

More private seating like half booths could work great/ something to look into

Table wasn’t readymade precious guests hadn’t left but they found us another spot. Food and drinks were delivered quickly and were tasty. Only complaint was the noise level - music was great but the volume was more like a club than a restaurant, and it was very hard to have a conversation.

Service was great, food was awesome the only thing I would change is the music maybe r&b and hip hop not Justin Bieber play biggie and 2pac

Awesome atmosphere, staff incredibly friendly, welcoming and happy to help with any questions. The only downer was we had super slow service due to business on the night (sat 7/9) drinks came out after food was served. Burgers were absolutely delish!!!! You guys need to turn that place into a bar/club after 10pm, best vibe! Newcastle needs new hot and exciting bars/clubs.

Burgers were burnt. One had half that was inedible. “Thickshake” was anything but thick- should be called what it is- a milkshake. $5 for a glass of coke. Definitely did not live up to the hype and won’t be going back again or recommending to anyone. Very disappointing overall. Staff were lovely though which was the one positive.

Great food, service ok, beers are very limited but lots of focus on cocktails. Sides would have been better coming out closer to burgers.

Food value for money wasn't there. My husband said after he had eaten his burger "when are they bringing out the mains?". We went home hungry after paying $90 for dinner. I like the atmosphere, maybe for a milkshake, but wouldn't go back for a meal. I wouldn't recommend. I was expecting more and was disappointed.

Our original waiter left without taking everyone’s order and we never seen him again but the young girl that took over was top rate

Service was great. However They really need a warning on the chic Kayne to say its spicy AF! I paid $19 for 3 bites of a burger because it was that hot I couldn’t eat it!!! Also chicken looked like it hadn’t been cooked properly. Partners burger was average and both of us spent the entire night with stomach cramps! Not a good first experience!

Disappointed in the milk shakes but the rest of the food was great.

Loved our visit. It was early Sunday so super quick to get in and have our meals. The Kevin Bacon is a MUST!

We had to ask for table water three times. One of my friends ordered the #6 burger. It didn't indicate on the menu anywhere that this was a hot/spicy burger, except for the relish which we asked to be on the side. The burger was so hot she couldn't eat it, when we asked they advised it has sriracha sauce. I think this should be clearly advertised so quests are aware it's a spicy burger and order something different that they'd enjoy. We were asked if we wanted it re-made, we said yes however that meant we were late back from our lunch break.

The food and drinks were great - best Mac and cheese Croquettes I’ve ever had The staff were lovely and attentive without being overbearing and the environment was great The price was very reasonable considering the quality My friends and I were talking about the next time we’d be back before we’d even finished our food :)

Booked for 5:00 had $10 cocktails - happy hour. Did try the Kevin Bacon Burger and did not get through it! Staff are great and the vibe is awesome. Can’t wait to come back. Yummy cocktails

I was disappointed that there were was no chicken that day ( I don’t eat beef). I also found it odd that the fries come with the starters and not the mains....

The service was great and food was amazing. Definitely coming back!!
