Milky Lane - Parramatta

Great burgers and friendly staff, shout out to the bartenders that made our valentines dinner a special one :)

Staff took a long time to take the order. The featured dessert had sold out, within a hour of opening. Food was average.

Love the food. Musics a bit loud though. Good but loud

First time there service was great. Food was good to except the beef patties in the burgers were over cooked = dry. Atmosphere was nice but music a bit too loud for the space. Will be going back.

Overall quite good, although we got brought 3 drinks and 1 burger rather than 2 drinks and 2 burgers as ordered, also had to wait 40 minutes for dessert. Drink and food quality was great.

Food was excellent . Service was mostly ok except for the older gentlemen with a bald head. He made me feel uncomfortable when ordering. When I asked him for a burger he said “we don’t do those on Friday’s “ he was kidding around but then took out order very slowly and seemed like he couldn’t use the iPad he was taking our order on. I had to repeat what I wanted multiple times. He then hovered around near our table for most of night. He kept checking over at our food which is fine but he would come alittle to close for comfort. When the lady next to me asked for no pickles he replied “ it’s not a burger without pickles” Maybe he thinks he is joking around by myself and the lady next to me where clearly uncomfortable. Also while enjoying my meal he dropped a cup Onto the floor next to me and hit my leg. Instead of saying sorry he said “ did you want that cup”. Everyone else was very lovely and I’m sure the man meant no harm but I think sticking to a regular communication standard between server and customer is required.

We ordered the Milky Lane burger with bacon, beer battered chips, mac and cheese croquettes, and a peanut butter thickshake. The burger was so so, bacon was crispy but the patty was a bit dry. Loved the chips but server took it away before I finished because it was too loud. I think she didn’t understand that I wanted to finish them. 😅 The rest was good but nothing to write home about.

It was very hot inside, we were sweating the entire time. We did ask the same person twice for water and it was never brought over, we actually ended up just walking over and getting the bottle of water for ourselves. However we did love the atmosphere, food and drinks, hopefully this was some helpful feedback.

This restaurant was a bit of fun. Burgers were good. The restaurant was a bit loud but it was fine for a quick in and out dinner.

Service is awesome atmosphere is awesome definitely not somewhere for date night! Burgers were beautiful but very small compared to the pictures u see on their social media

Disappointing visit to Milky Lane Parramatta. We have been to Bondi and it was fantastic. It was hard to order a drink and when we eventually got someone they would forget to bring so we had to re-order. We were never asked if we wanted any other drinks, not offered dessert. We sat for about 30 minutes after we finished eating and not one person came to see if we wanted desserts or drinks etc. we eventually just asked for the bill and went somewhere else for dessert. The burgers were yummy however we ordered fries to go with the burgers that came out 20 minutes before our burgers. Fries were cold. The toilets were disgusting. We let them know that the male toilets had vomit/faeces on the floor but they were not too concerned. Overall the burgers were yum but the whole experience was just ok. I definitely would not go back to Parramatta and I would suggest people visit Bondi.

Loved Milky Lane Parramatta, I had the grilled chicken naked burger and it was delicious their chips are the best I have ever tasted. My family ordered a variety of dishes which they were all very satisfied with. Would definitely recommend.

great experience - one cocktail i ordered did not have nutella listed as an ingredient but it was on the rim of the cup, as i am allergic the team at the bar handled it and even gave me the drink off the bill! Will definitely be back

The sauce on all our burgers was not ketchup it tasted like spaghetti sauce and was terrible. I asked for no gravy on my burger and when they bought the burger out it had gravy on it. When they took the burger back the burger had gravy scraped around it. The major thing was I am pregnant and ordered a thick shake. Only when I had received my thick shake and asked about the temperature of the milk (it was not cold) the waitress came back from the kitchen and told me the shakes are made with soft serve. Pregnant women cannot have soft serve ice cream. The restaurant should have a responsibility to inform its patrons how the thick shakes in particular pregnant women. It is very unresponsible of them.

Needs a better air conditioning system, on hot days it feels like a sauna

It was really warm and uncomfortable in the restaurant. Staff were constantly interrupting our meal to take glasses etc when we literally just finished. Staff weren't friendly. Too many staff just standing around staring at us

Slow food service. When asked why it was taking so long they advised their burgers take 20mins to make. It was on the 30min mark. Not even that busy. Really disappointing also disappointed they didn’t pick up the vegan poppa.

Burgers were good. Drinks were amazing. Wait staff amazing. Restaurant great vibe although very noisy we were seated right near the DJ. We were a party of six. Made it really hard to have conversations.

Great vibe, great staff, great food and beverages. Catered very well for our booking.
