Everything was great about Milky Lane Parramatta! The staff member who took care of our orders was very friendly, and he was very accommodating for my dietary requirements! He was very knowledgeable about the food items on the menu, and came back twice to make sure everything was going smoothly 😊 Lost a point because the music was way too loud, and it was hard to hold a conversation.

Loud environment but fits the aim that they are going for. Great food sizes for the price. Definitely worth the money!

It was standard. Not a wow factor as we had hoped. Chicken burger was a little dry and lacking something and the deep fried gaytime ice cream was way too melted and wasn’t enjoyable.

The food could of came out a bit quicker as we waited an hour for our food which is unusual as milky lane is usually quite quick and the restaurant wasn't that busy

It was a great night burgers I thought were average considering they don’t look like the pictures in the menu. The music was way to loud couldn’t hear ourselves talk and having the hour and a half waiting time especially when we ordered food 30 mins after and my friend still have half a bottle of corona and being told we had to leave as it was told they had another group coming in to sit at our table other then it was average !!!!

Great atmosphere, burgers were nice however wasn't a fan of the tomato sauce on the burger, tasted like Bolognese sauce.

The food was really good and had a good time although it was unnecessarily loud and the waiter could barely hear what we wanted to order. Will definitely be going back there.

The beef patties where raw, the food is over priced and the music is far to loud to even talk to the waiter to take the order, very disappointed

Absolutely astounding service and food, we ordered a ridiculous amount of food that all arrived surprisingly quick and together. The split payments were very easy to sort out and the staff were very accommodating. Recommend 11/10

Food is always great there never been disappointed. But the music blaring at night club levels is a bit of a turn off, could not even have a proper conversation with anyone rite next to me without yelling in their ears. Even if it was 10-20% lower would be huge improvement.

The music is too loud. Can’t even think let alone have a conversation. We left. We didn’t order food. Went to Brades instead.

We were seated promptly and served quickly - probably a little too quickly. The food came out very quickly too. Food was ok. I tried to order two drinks that were on the menu. The first they don’t stock anymore and second they had run out of. It was nice for the novelty but would wait a while to return.

I booked a table here for a friend's birthday celebration. The food was decent but nothing spectacular. My main issue was with the atmosphere - the music was ridiculously loud, talking to my friend was really hard! The other main issue I had was that 1 hour into dinner the waiter came over and told us that he had many people waiting for a table and asked if he could get is the bill - we were basically told to leave. Maybe after an hour and a half but after just 1 hour? I was a paying customer and had booked a table. If this is Milky Lane's policy then the booking should have a start and time finish so you know when to leave. Will not be coming back. Very disappointed as wanted to love it.
