Milky Lane - Parramatta

Food is always great there never been disappointed. But the music blaring at night club levels is a bit of a turn off, could not even have a proper conversation with anyone rite next to me without yelling in their ears. Even if it was 10-20% lower would be huge improvement.

The music is too loud. Can’t even think let alone have a conversation. We left. We didn’t order food. Went to Brades instead.

We were seated promptly and served quickly - probably a little too quickly. The food came out very quickly too. Food was ok. I tried to order two drinks that were on the menu. The first they don’t stock anymore and second they had run out of. It was nice for the novelty but would wait a while to return.

I booked a table here for a friend's birthday celebration. The food was decent but nothing spectacular. My main issue was with the atmosphere - the music was ridiculously loud, talking to my friend was really hard! The other main issue I had was that 1 hour into dinner the waiter came over and told us that he had many people waiting for a table and asked if he could get is the bill - we were basically told to leave. Maybe after an hour and a half but after just 1 hour? I was a paying customer and had booked a table. If this is Milky Lane's policy then the booking should have a start and time finish so you know when to leave. Will not be coming back. Very disappointed as wanted to love it.

It was a nice atmosphere and the food was great, it was just a little dissapointing that the burgers didn't come with sides so it was a little pricey in that sense

I went to for my dads birthday and they were able to give him some dessert with a candle and sing happy birthday with us. It made the night just so much better. The food is always amazing and the service is always brilliant. Highly recommend.

Came to the Parra branch with a work group. Burgers were great however are very greasy! The group loved the Watermelon share cocktail 10/10. Customer service overall was good. We all enjoyed our experience here

Music was a little loud but other than that it was great

We waited less than 10 minutes for delicious food and drinks. The waiters were amazing and friendly. The music was a little to loud to have a convo without yelling but otherwise I enjoyed myself and would make the 1hr and a half trip for it again. 😊

Food was great, food service was really fast and super tasty , filling, great value food. Only concern, we issued our $100 voucher that was given to us and it wasn’t going to be accepted as it wasn’t the proper voucher card. The voucher card was purchased from that store by a family member and there weren’t going to accept it. The really great manager of the store said he would take responsibility and looked after us.

The music was awesome (love RnB), it could be softer whilst eating, which allows people to chat and it would nice to see the place turn into a dance floor after dinner on Fridays

Drinks were great. Service was great. the burgers I feel were over priced and for the price should have come with chips. I got the milky lane burger and felt it was dry. The music was way to loud, we had to yell just so the others on our table could hear us. It was also cold because the door was constantly left open and it was left up to us and other guests to close it the entire time we were there.

The lovely lady who sat us and took our order was great - fabulous and a credit to the restaurant - after that service was poor and no one advised it would be an additional 10% due to Sunday. annoying but there's your tip! Food was very nice and so was our first server - other than that underwhelming

I had made a booking so there was no wait time, our table was ready and waiting for us. Service was wonderful and food amazing. I had made a brief comment that it was my husband's birthday so they surprised us with an ice cream sundae birthday cake on the house! Very family friendly and great atmosphere

We loved our food and were happily sitting, drinking cocktails (we'd ordered about 12 thus far) and spending our money. We were considering dessert when a staff member came over and basically told us we had to leave because on Saturday nights we were limited to 90mins for a booking. There was NOTHING to stipulate that condition when we booked. But perhaps more importantly, we hadn't even finished eating! We were letting the main settle before ordering more food! Had we been allowed, we'd have stayed there quite a while and spend a lot more money. Instead, I won't go back. I like the food, but I refuse to be treated like shit because the restaurant happens to be the flavour of the month. When business settles in a year, they'll start to regret all customers they drove off.

Overall, it wasn’t the best burger place ive been to. Having a dj was good but it was way too loud, I couldn’t even hear the waitress properly, and couldn’t have a conversation without saying “sorry what did you say”.. however the food and the service was good! Staff members were really kind and friendly!

Burgers were not like they are on the website. Milkshake had to be remade because it didn’t taste like a salted caramel milkshake

The waiter did not understand what we were saying as he could not speak much english anyway, very loud atmosphere, he did not explain the food that we requested properly. After our order was taken another guy came over to ask if we definitely want vegetarian dinner I said we never got told it was. The cheesy fries were very salty. Alot of Mac n cheese in everything. Very pricey considering what came out on the baking tray ($45), out of 3 of the baking tray meals most of it got sent back. Very disappointing considering first timers and for the price of the bill was extreme considering what we could actually eat. Will never return and I will tell others that

Weren't that impressed that your paying relatively good money for a burger and you have to pay extra if you want fries. Our burgers were lukewarm when we got them. When they came we asked to get some fries which never came. We asked 2 different wait staff where they were which we were told they were on their way which never eventuated as we'd well and truly finished our meals. A 3rd waiter asked how was everything to which we explained about the fries which we wanted the bill by then. Not overly happy considering the hype surrounding this business on social media.

Food was really good. Kevin bacon a must. Got the $45 cheat meal pack. BF thought the milky burger (classic one) was average. Would recommend!! Staff very hit and miss customer service wise though as someone who worked in industry for 5 years...

Food was great but it was the second time we have been to milky lane both times didn’t have the kids special buns for kids meals. Kids were disappointed both times
