Gorgeously lush hot chocolate and perfectly cooked poached eggs. Excellent service.
Good food we enjoyed wood like more dessert c choices
It was a bit chillly in the restaurant as the front door was left open. It was a very cold, wet winter's day in Melbourne, so the usually warm atmosphere was dampened quite a bit.
Great menu. Excellent service. Food could have been a bit warmer
I often visit here, either for coffee or lunch. Very busy on a Sunday, but food quality and service was great as always. Room to sit inside or outside.🥰
Very pleasant surroundings, clean and inviting. Food fresh. You need to filter the water?
Great ambiance and was quiet day of visit. Tasty substantial meals.
The staff are lovely, as is the coffee and today the lemon. sugar muffins.
The sourdough bread used in the scrambled eggs should have been toasted NOT served just as bread which was difficult to cut. A staff member suggested we should have asked for sharper knifes-how were we supposed to know this was an option. The egg and bacon roll had baking paper lining which made it very hard to cut the bacon which in itself was very stringy-more like corned beef than bacon. Disappointed as the cafe looks good, the staff are very nice and the location is lovely. Please try harder with the food.
I was only here two days ago and am back - that’s how great Miss Lucy’s is - try it
Friendly staff. Delicious menu. Lovely clean venue. Will look forward to visiting again
The food was yummy, the service great and the venue lovely - easy parking too!
Lovely staff and delicious Toby's Estate coffees all round.
Very nice food. Service was a tad slow. Clean and tidy premises.
Always great. Service was excellent and food was value for money.
Lovely food, very friendly and efficient service. Will definitely be back
Great ambiance. Good coffee and food. We booked a table including 4 kids and were put down the end near children’s toys and activities. It’s a great set up. Service was excellent.
Love this place! Kids corner with books and toys, lots of different indoor/outdoor space and great facilities! Happy that I booked it.
We were given a room all to ourselves and it was very much appreciated. The food, service and ambiance was wonderful.
My corn fritters dish was very tasty and the young staff friendly
Nice food. Good staff. Pleasant environment. Easy parking. That's all.
Food was amazing!! And the atmosphere was really good. Staff were friendly.
Thank you for hosting us on Mother’s Day and the table was perfect for the 11 of us. Big thanks to the staff bringing order to the chaos. Everything was perfect. PS - I’ll be sure to press on the kids hot chocolate next time :) we understand it can be chaotic at the barista machine on a busy day
Mother’s Day brunch was great, minor issues was chips in fish and chips not hot, fish was delicious though.
There is very limited parking but other than that it was really nice atmosphere.
We always enjoy being at Miss Lucy's thank you. Have a great day.
Very busy cafe catering to large parties. We were very happy with all aspects of food service and venue. Would happily return again.
Lovely venue. Great service. Excellent menu for brunch or lunch
Smooth afternoon tea booking, prompt pleasant service, quiet as requested
Lovely setting with outdoors. Took a while to be served but food was lovely
Great local place in lovely setting. Plenty of menu options
Great staff friendly service with plenty of parking on site
Easy to book, lovely quiet cafe with good service and tasty food.
Lovely space, beautifully presented food and good menu to suit all tastes. I had a really nice experience. Well done!
It’s was good the only thing wrong is trying to get parking
Very pleasant , unhurried . I had the fruit bowl, nice, but could have been a bit more interesting
Great place for a business meeting. Definitely coming back. Thanks
The staff are always so friendly at Miss Lucy! We had a lovely chicken, cheese and avocado toastie and delicious coffees.
The coffee was good and the food good however the service was poor. We had to find a waitress to order both times we wanted to order and our plates were never cleared even though we sat for an hour after finishing our food. The waitresses were very friendly however perhaps inexperienced resulting in poor table service. Not sure if there were enough floor staff to cover the demand. We do enjoy this restaurant and will return.
Overall, I enjoyed the visit to Miss Lucy. It was just going to be for a coffee, so I did not intend to have a meal as such. I ended up having some fruit toast, but it was a touch on the burnt side. Jam was excellent though. Service was excellent. Friendly and efficient. At the moment very difficult to find parking due to many tradesmen nearby. Give yourself a little extra time. We will be back. Very friendly staff and the outdoor setting was very relaxing
Great food, great service, and lovely outdoor setting and ambience
Enjoyed a nice iced coffee and muffin. The restaurant is nice and the staff are lovely.
The food was wonderful & service was great. The cafe was very spacious.
Great little quiet spot so close to Blackburn lake and playground! Very good for kids! Delicious brunch and lunch options
It's lovely place, we had a function room for our group gathering. Food was great.
Everything was easy. Easy for make a reservation, great customer service and exceptional food and presentation. Will definitely be back!
The venue, service and food were all of an excellent quality
Perfect experience, love it - especially only 5 min walk from my house.
Had a family lunch at Miss Lucy, conveniently located opposite the Blackburn Sanctury Lake park. Parking was not easy but not terrible. I would suggest dropping off aged guests and then look for a car park if visiting during peak times. Service was efficient and polite, atmosphere was pleasant, relaxed, and cosy. Menu selection was adequate in choices, not abundant though. Pan fried salmon was praised by a family member; another family member and I had the chicken mushroom crepes with a salad which we both agreed that we would not bother re-ordering this particular item at the next visit (serving size was small for that price point, and taste was average). The fried chicken burger with chips and BLT with chips were enjoyed by the other younger family members (price point though at the higher end too). Low gluten option available which was good for one family member, however I am unsure if gluten free would be an option. All in all, we did enjoy our lunch even given the above.
