Miss Lucy

We have visited Miss Lucy a number of times since it opened & have always enjoyed the food & ambience each time. Yesterday we were joined by friends & family visiting from Qld. Our food was fine, apart from my order not being served as per menu. The waitress did not offer a replacement, nor gave an apology for it being wrong. In fairness, when paying our bill we were not charge for the missing items! Our table & others around us were not cleared in a timely manner, so birds were swooping around the empty tables trying to eat any leftover scraps!! Table service was lacking, it was hard to get the attention of any of the waitresses to order coffees & when we did, we felt we shouldn't have asked! A smile & a friendly manner don't cost anything!!

Too few staff today. Bad luck that the coffee machine was out of action for a while.

Very nice. Coffee arrived a bit cold. Bench seat not very co for table. Needs bigger cushions at the back my back ached after sitting there Also bigger cushions coz I was too low and I’m 5’5.

Our group was placed in one of the rooms off the main cafe it was quiet and lovely. Service was great and our Christmas catch up next year will also be at Miss Lucy’s🎄

Busy than as in weekday. Coffee and food qualities are not good. Will give it a try again in a less busy day and see if there’s any difference.

The staff kindly helped to find us a quiet table for our group's (8 women) Christmas function for which we were very grateful. We were able to converse comfortably and all enjoyed the food and beverages.

Highly recommend this venue! Beautiful food, friendly staff, gorgeous facility and so family friendly with the little kids play area! Loved it!

The restaurant was very pleasant and quiet and easy to hear our group. There was no loud music playing. I thought the food was quite nice, although my potato hash brown probably could have done with a slice of sour dough bread with it. The only complaint was that my coffee was only warm and I did ask for a hot coffee. The staff were friendly and natural in their service to our table.

The food, service and ambience at Miss Lucy’s was perfect! We Enjoyed every bite, the scenery outside is gorgeous, and the service was very attentive and consistent. We couldn’t have asked for a lovelier experience. Thank you!

We six love being in the Dining Room. It’s great to have no music and no children! We oldies can actually hear one another. Drinks and food were excellent.

The coffee was great, but the muffins we had were a bit dry.

Hollandaise ok but nothing outstanding. Ditto sourdough and seeds. Ditto coffee! Service was fine, ambience lovely. Would not hurry back.

We sat outside and it was really cold. No heaters to warm us up, but we knew that. Food was nice, but the bacon was very strange, chewy, fatty and had no flavour.

The private dining room at Missy Lucys was perferct for our larger group allowing us to really enjoy the great food and company away from the noise and bustle of the main cafe.

Had Father's day breakfast this morning. The food was fantastic and very accommodated and clean. We had a great time and would come again.

We always ask for a quiet corner when we dine there because there is much noise in a couple of areas.

As always a lovely dining experience - took my granddaughter for the first time and she loved the food and ambience - a beautiful day, sitting outside, great food and service and in lovely surroundings. What more could you want.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Plenty of car parks.

Lovely food and great atmosphere. We were there on a weekend and the manager wanted us off our table after only an hour but the waitress was very accomodating and found us another table. Lovely place to visit.

The staff are great The steak sandwich lacked taste I had to put mustard with it. They might used a better quality steak, that was the problem I think

We had a private room to ourselves for my little man’s birthday. The owner and stuff were very accommodating and welcoming. We’ve been coming back as it’s such a kids friendly cafe. What’s more, the food and coffee are delicious 😀

The poached eggs underdone, egg white a bit runny. Other meal, delicious. Enjoyable experience overall. May I suggest that sauce condiments be available, eg Worcestershire sauce? Thank you.

Great location, delicious food, lovely coffee. Very busy. Only criticism, please ask diner’s how they would like their eggs cooked.

The staff are excellent. Will be coming back. Oh and the coffee is always great.
