Great coffee. Also had eggs benedict, but it was cold when it was served to me. It tasted good, just would've been better hot. I've been to Miss Lucy a few times, and it's always neat and clean (inside and outside areas), customer service is great and pleasant staff. Restroom modern and clean.

Booked an indoor table, but we were directed to sit outside on a cold morning.

Providing a low score due to the service. I asked three times for a coffee and it never arrived. I approached the front desk and still they couldn’t organise my coffee. I love the fact they employee young teens however they need training in communication. Disappointing experience.

As we were outside, there was no issue with noise, even though there was another party gathering inside.😊

We had a lovely lunch at Miss Lucy. The burger, pie and chips were delicious. The Toby's Estate coffee is so tasty. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

We three women enjoyed a very pleasant lunch in relaxed and a fairly quiet venue with excellent service and enjoyable food at a reasonable price. We will return.

I ordered the corn fritters which were served in a bowl rather than a flat plate. Eating them was very difficult!!

I visited with my three grandsons. The kids menu was varied and very reasonable, the staff were friendly and the service was good.

Have now been here a few times to meet a work colleague, good value, nice friendly staff and really nice food...thankyou..will be back.

We loved it! We meet there every month for coffee and cakes and always get great coffee and delicious cakes. Please keep this place a secret.

Great venue for group gatherings, not to mention ample street parking.

Lovely atmosphere. Good to attend a cafe where there are lots of diners. The food was excellent. We did have to wait for a while before being served but the waiters were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. Thanks. We will be back.

Food was great, although in the corner it was a little dark and very cold as the door was open and it was a very cold windy day. I guess not your fault but would book away from the door next time.

We felt the table size was small to seat 4 people, leaving not enough room for drinks, plates etc. The service was a little slow although staff responded quickly when asked.
