The staff are always so friendly at Miss Lucy! We had a lovely chicken, cheese and avocado toastie and delicious coffees.

The coffee was good and the food good however the service was poor. We had to find a waitress to order both times we wanted to order and our plates were never cleared even though we sat for an hour after finishing our food. The waitresses were very friendly however perhaps inexperienced resulting in poor table service. Not sure if there were enough floor staff to cover the demand. We do enjoy this restaurant and will return.

Overall, I enjoyed the visit to Miss Lucy. It was just going to be for a coffee, so I did not intend to have a meal as such. I ended up having some fruit toast, but it was a touch on the burnt side. Jam was excellent though. Service was excellent. Friendly and efficient. At the moment very difficult to find parking due to many tradesmen nearby. Give yourself a little extra time. We will be back. Had a family lunch at Miss Lucy, conveniently located opposite the Blackburn Sanctury Lake park. Parking was not easy but not terrible. I would suggest dropping off aged guests and then look for a car park if visiting during peak times. Service was efficient and polite, atmosphere was pleasant, relaxed, and cosy. Menu selection was adequate in choices, not abundant though. Pan fried salmon was praised by a family member; another family member and I had the chicken mushroom crepes with a salad which we both agreed that we would not bother re-ordering this particular item at the next visit (serving size was small for that price point, and taste was average). The fried chicken burger with chips and BLT with chips were enjoyed by the other younger family members (price point though at the higher end too). Low gluten option available which was good for one family member, however I am unsure if gluten free would be an option. All in all, we did enjoy our lunch even given the above.

Miss Lucy was absolutely divine. Incredible service, yummy food and a lovely atmosphere. The decor was very inviting and there was heaps of space, it was very family friendly. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Just popped in for afternoon tea this time. The coffee was delicious as always and the lemon and sugar muffins - so good!

Difficult with toys on display next to the table with a toddler in the group. Very hard to find the shop needs better signage not covered by umbrellas.

I have been to Miss Lucy 5 times in the last 6 months with family members. Very consistent quality food and friendly service The only downside side is the parking is not easy

Very accommodating with moving tables into the shade and fantastic that we could split the bill.

Eggs were well cooked, sourdough toast tasty & coffee lovely. Just had to wait a while to get any service after we first sat down. Also waited at least 20-25mins to get poached eggs on toast. It was quite noisy & a little hard to hear conversation. A lot of items on the menu seemed to be quite expensive (eg Soup for $19.90)

We're regular visitors to Miss Lucy. The coffee is excellent. Tried the scone today which was nice.
