We dine here every month and it never fails - amazing food, friendly service and the best shaken Marg!

Montezumas is always lovely . Food was great and service was too , there were quite a few big tables and the 2 staff coped really well . The atmosphere was very buzzy and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves . Chef is to be congratulated .

Food always tastes great, big portions and reasonably priced. Was a busy night but we didn’t have to wait too long for the food. Good service

There was only one girl serving the whole restaurant which left her flustered and rushed. The kitchen ran out of rice because it was Mothers Day yesterday. Yes they offered substitutions but every dish in the menu had rice. So they knew they ran out of rice earlier in the day and didn’t cook any more!!!!!!!

A traditional, simple, no-fuss Mexican restaurant, the meals are always consistent and the menu hasn't changed in years. The service is quick and efficient, the meal servings are a good size and the food is excellent. It's not posh but it is a great place to dine and you always leave feeling satisfied.

If you’re after standard Mexican fare it’s the place. Decor is Montezumas … food is predictable. Has been unchanged for decades.

Food was fine. Polite and friendly staff, although the service wasn't very attentive. We weren't offered a dessert and told they were closing when it reached 9pm. A bit disappointing overall.

First time at the venue and first time dining on Mexican food. Really enjoyed the experience, although limited staff (3) ensured it was hard to get a drink. Probably need a dedicated person to take and deliver drink orders.

Montezumas at Glenelg is my favourite restaurant & has been for 20 or more years! Highly recommend!

Food came out quick, meal was nice, could have been improved with more garnished topping i.e. cheese, sour cream, guacamole

We love dining here usually, but we noticed the table service was very slow, they seemed to be understaffed. The meal sizes seemed to be smaller and my favourite dish, Montezuma's delight, was different. The beans and salad were different and the whole dish wasn't as tasty. My son asked for sauce on the side for nachos but it was on top. The rest was great.

Good food, employees and environment. Everything was delicious and the wait time was ideal.

No ramp or step up to get in front door, staff not enjoying work, sticky table tob. Nachos could use a re-vamp. I don't think the place has been ever renovated or music.
