Customer service was amazing from the minute we walked through the door, wait time on all dishes was also very minimal. 10 out of 10

The place looks amazing, clean and literally felt like i walked into a mexican themed party. The service was fast (we were the only ones there to be fair) and we felt looked after. The drinks are on point, abit disappointed that some of the margaritas were not available but it was out of their control. The food was good, nothing to blow your mind (might have been the dishes we ordered) all ill say is the prices are abit high but other than that it was a good experience

Seated quickly, then no waitress for 20 mins. When my husband tried to find one all were either in the kitchen or behind a ropped off area and could not get their attention. I had to grab a waitress as she was leaving another table. Food came quickly, but was average. There seemed to be no organisation with wait staff. All serving, all cashing up, all taking orders, and all running meals and making drinks. The restaurant was not busy but any standard. Unorganised service at best. The waitress we did get was very apologetic. We have dined at montezumas before and it has always been pretty good, very surprised at the change.

The staff were all working really hard and the food was amazing.

Drinks menu wasn’t given to us for about 20 mins. Drinks order wasn’t taken for another 20 mins after that. Weren’t delivered our drinks for another 15 mins. Food took a very long time. Everyone around us got much faster, Better service. They were understaffed.

Very hard to relax with only 1 1/2 hours to enjoy a meal and chat with friends. Makes it hard to support local restuarants, unfortunately I will wait until restrictions lift further before venturing out for a meal.

Overall great night & great service. Could’ve provided more corn chips for the nachos, when we asked for extra chips they were a different quality, not as good. A few small complaints regarding the chefs special and soggy tortilla under the mountain of beans and veges but most of the meals were very nice. Manager very accommodating. Would definitely come back.

It is truly the best Mexican restaurant on the Gold Coast, staff are amazing the food is always as beautiful as the last time and the atmosphere is perfect, can't rate this restaurant any higher.
