We were disappointed. There was no steak left on the menu to choose from as were sold out. I had made the booking 2 weeks prior and we arrived at 7pm for tea. by 830pm on Sat night we were the only ones left in the restaurant and then the kitchen staff came out and started eating the food.

Food was great however we arrived and they didn't seem to have our booking down, even though I did it through 'Quandoo". Had to wait for almost an hour for entrée but then main followed soon after. Excellent value for the deal. Thankyou.

The choice of food selection was excellent. The food was cooked superbly. My only complaint was the length of time we had to wait for the food to be brought out (both entrée and mains). There were 10-12 people in the café at the time, so they cannot use "we were busy" as an excuse.

I had the entertainment voucher to be used and was told that as our meals where on the specials board was not able to use the voucher. This was not told at the beginning. If you have an updated menu then this should be supplied to the customers.

A lovely selection of wines to choose from, not a large list but good choices. The mussel soup was delicious, along with the pasta dishes which were cooked to perfection.

The food is authentic, fresh and a variety of seafood, chicken, meat and vegetarian dishes. The serves are very generous so take your time over the meal! Very cozy restaurant, not noisy so can enjoy. The staff are welcoming and I would highly recommend the Noshery. Have been there twice for dinner and will go again.

Nice food and great prices. Needs more gluten free options on the menu. Service a little slow but overall nice for a casual night out.

Funky cafe/restaurant with attentive customer service. The food was delicious: I had the calamari entree, which was nicely, lightly cooked, and the lamb shanks with a fettuccine side. The lamb was tender and the fettuccine wonderfully garlicky. My partner ordered the mussel entree and the sauce was lovely though the mussels were undeveloped. Overall, I very much recommend having dinner here.

Went mid-week (Wednesday night) - arrived just after 6pm and the place was empty. Never a good sign. We were politely shown a table and set about perusing the menu. Settled on sharing a dish of mussels for entree, followed by Pork Ribs (for me) and potato fritata (the wife) for mains, and each of us chose a glass of wine to accompany. The Mussels in white wine & garlic sauce were delightful - amazing, powerful flavours yet didn't overpower the mussels. 8 on the well presented plate meant we had plenty to share too. Then came mains. It looked promising - plenty of potato and mushroom, and my stack of ribs looked nice, plenty of sauce. Good pile of salad on the side (& chips with mine.) Nothing fancy mind you. However, my ribs were very disappointing - obviously reheated, one rack was stone cold (like, almost fridge cold) and the other was so overcooked, burned and tough that it was inedible. The sauce was hot, but it was unacceptable. I called the waitress over and she spoke to the chef, who came out and apologized. He offered to replace the meal - and suggested a steak which I accepted. The steak came out very nicely done (a medium-rare, but with minimal bleed through - obviously done properly using a temp bath to pre-cook before searing the surface). Had a lovely garlic & red wine sauce accompanying. In the end, a nice enough meal but not outstanding. I'm glad they were willing to correct the problem with the meal. Atmosphere was fine - very 1920s (lace style table cloths, old paintings, etc) and nice jazz background music. I'm not sure I'd return. There was nothing too outstanding, but in the end nothing terrible either. Perhaps they do better with daytime coffee and cake?

Nice decor, food was rash and timely. Friendly service. Be good if they did split bills - lots of work places in vicinity. Also a nice sparkling red on the menu would be great!

The pasta (penne arabiatta) meal was very nice. It's the second time I've had it. The wine menu is currently being updated. Looking forward to seeing the new wine menu soon.

Music was a bit loud to start with but once more people came, there noise drowned out the music. The waitress forgot to tell us what wasn't available before we ordered. So of course we all picked the entree that was unavailable. The meals all had a good flavour to them.

Very pleasant décor, nice and cool inside (today was 40 degrees!). Service was friendly and cheerful. Food chosen for our lunch was good (not outstanding) and we would return.

This was an amazing experience. Make sure you don't eat anything prior as the meals are very filling and large. On a Saturday night the service was great and the atmosphere was pleasant in a small but very cosy setting. i will recommend to family and friends. Well done and cheers, John L

Lovely ambience, the décor was unexpectedly baroque (only because on walking past we had remembered it as a modern café but love the new look), excellent service and the food was fabulous. Really enjoyed it.

Food was good and serves were generous. Had difficulty booking in (tried booking before Christmas and there were limited days available, tried again in the new year and had booking confirmed but were then rung and told this day was not available and we would have to make a new booking after the 9th) While the scoopon included ANY bottle of wine to the value of $32, in reality there were only 2 to choose from and when we requested a different variety in that range , we were told they had run out. We offered to pay extra for a more expensive bottle but that was not an option.

We went to the Noshery on a scoopon. The first problem is that they did not have the wine advertised in the scoopon and substituted it with a very cheap low quality wine. We were not even allowed to pay extra to upgrade the wine. The food was ok. It was not good or restaurant quality and my wife commented 'we do better food at home'. Service was adequate although there were only two on the floor and we were in early. The restaurant was filling quickly (more scoopon customers) so I don't know how service would have been with all these extra customers and only two people to serve. We would not recommend this restaurant and we will not be returning

Abit of confusion with the booking but the rest was worth it. Quaint intimate atmosphere, plenty of room, heavenly food and friendly service. A definite must try.
