I took my parents for their first Okami experience. They loved the food, they loved atmosphere and our waitress “Anne” was so warm, kind and friendly that I think my parents wanted Anne as their new daughter 😆. Definitely will be returning.

Another fantastic night shared with friends. We took along some friends who had never been & they absolutely loved it. Great food once again, loved the new menu dishes & the classics. We didn’t love the QR code ordering but we simply just asked staff to order directly from them & there was no problem. Be back again soon.

It was good fast service , much faster than I thought especially as the whole Place was full. It was excellent food - I just wish there was bigger plates

Both my wife and I lived in Japan for over 20 years and we know Japanese food well and the food at your restaurant was excellent, the service also excellent and your staff are well trained, very friendly and efficient.

Bad service and have all to can eat food order for few times still not came, food is no that good like last time. I don’t think I will going back again.

We lunched at Okami on a Sunday and found the atmosphere, service and food excellent - we have no doubt we will return!

Our 2-hour booking was made for 5.45, yet last order was taken at 7, and we were advised we had to be done by 7.30 (not 7.45). Add to that, the first order wasn’t taken until after 6. Ie. we had less than 1 hour of service for a two-hour booking. Felt very rushed. I also note that most Okami stores have a lower price. I have been to okami a few times, and have been very happy with service. Hoping this is a one off, as it didn’t meet the high standard I tell people about.

We had a 2 hour reservation booked from 5:45pm, however, at 7pm we were asked for our last food orders so really only had the table for just over 1 hour? Very disappointed with this aspect

We left before all ordered food was brought out, due to taking way to long to bring out the food!

As always the food was great, service was quick, besides the drinks. Missed a few dishes but luckily we were full when we realised.

Loved our visit here at Okami. All you can eat is a really good opportunity to try new dishes that you normally wouldn't get at a Japanese restaurant. Great atmosphere, and a great range of dishes on the menu. Drinks are great value for money as well, and the staff are really attentive. Will visit again.
