This is the third one we have been to and the food was great at all three!

Massive waiting time for the dishes to come through and a “non split “ bill policy that I have never heard of and has never been disclosed before hand .

Tables are too close together so there is too much noise no privacy. Service was very slow and waitress' where not friendly. I had to ask for an ice bucket for my wine. When our sitting was over they were not flexible, rushed us through out desert. There were so many empty tables but they literally told us to leave saying our table had a reservation. Will never go back there again. The food took ages to arrive so we I am very unhappy with their service

Have stayed at hotel next door many times. Always noticed a lot of people dining here and tried it tonight. We were greeted by friendly staff and seated, the menu was well explained. We tried a bit of everything and all the dishes were great. We left full and happy.

The food in this place was suprisingly good, the service was also fast. Hopefully next time they have a little treat for bday or celebrants :)

A review is sometimes good and sometimes not so well depending on the workers involved not the actual place

It is noisy because it’s such a small place, the workers are not as interested in valuing the customers like they used too. Years ago they where much more attentive, but I come less now bc of it

The staff were friendly and happy to help out. The food came quickly and the quality was great.

Our wait staff were so under the pump, juggling both a fully booked restaurant, and constant delivery orders. When we arrived, we were advised to order more than we thought we wanted for our first round, because of how busy the restaurant was that night, and that was really helpful advice. The wait staff were helpful, attentive, and friendly, despite being under the pump, and I appreciate their hard work so very much! The food was great (as usual!) and I'll be sure to come back again.

Went here with family, and had an overall nice dining experience at Okami! In this all-you-can-eat, the menu has a broad selection of delicious items to try, and drinks are priced reasonably. The service was quality, but not that quick, and the waiting times were on the longer side (and we found that we sometimes had to get the attention of the staff before they could tend to us). The atmosphere was pleasant, but due to it being decently busy, it was a tad too noisy. I would still highly recommend this venue - it’s perfect for friends and family occasions!

Great value, but everyone is jammed in and the place is incredibly loud. Could do with some sound deadening panels on the walls and ceiling.

My favourite place to eat. I'm a regular here as the food is always consistently good, the staff are lovely and the location is great with easy street parking.

I love Okami so much and have been to many of your locations including Brunswick but tonight was extremely underwhelming. It appeared as though maybe they were short staffed, being tended too took a very long time and even when requesting service we were made to feel like a burden. The food is always consistent, always great.

We decided to try a different location but with friends resturant was a bit larger in size to Greensborough site so more people and a bit more of a vibe, food still amazing!

Reliable Japanese food but horrendously noisy restaurant that made it near impossible to talk.

Great value sushi experience with lots on offer and reasonable priced drinks. Go early to beat the crowds.

Nice food, staff sounded very unhappy and moody. Apart from the manager who was quite nice to make a modification to my daughter,'s sushi platter, the waitresses looked extremely unhappy and plain unfriendly, making the experience ok. It felt as if they were doing you a favour every time the food was brought out. I have been to different okami restaurants and the service was way better. Hospitality isn't for everyone, and some people shouldn't be in this industry. Overall ok, but disappointing.

Service was very poor. Wait time was also very average. I think you need to worry about your customers dining in, more than getting your take away orders ready.
