OKAMI - Brunswick

Food was great. Came out quickly each time. Staff had sad looks on their faces all night though. Looked like they didn’t want to be there???

I have visited several Okami restaurants over the years and the Brunswick store is my favorite. It has a nice atmosphere and the food is consistently great!

One of the best dining experiences ever. Fantastic staff and fantastic food.

Always very tasty and fresh food. Service usually excellent we did have to ask for a particular dish 4 times before it actually came at the end of our experience. But otherwise all good

Food was nice however there was too long of a wait between each plate- other Okami restaurants bring out a few full dishes at a time. Twice going to the Brunswick Okami we’ve found the plates come out a lot slower and a lot more spaced apart, also not as full as shown on the menu photos. Food is otherwise very tasty.

The fish was so fresh it melts in your mouth and the rare beef the same. My pants don’t fit anymore and I’m still currently wearing them. We will be back

We arrived at 5:30, ordered at 6 abs our food was so delayed that most the items we were eagerly waiting on came 6:50 and our seating ends 7:30. We were given some items but we left with alot of food on our table and a very unpleasant experience

Great service, food was yummy, served beautifully, easy to order. Good value, especially if you have a big appetite!

The food here is excellent, however there aren't many of the high value options, e.g. sashimi (you can't get it without a combination of nigiri or sushi). Service is slow and difficult to wave down sometimes. Our waiter was serving us sake and spilled a portion of it everywhere without compensating us. Price is OK for what they are offering. It's cheaper than other high-end Japanese all-you-can-eat, but you are getting what you pay for. Having said that, the food is fresh and delicious. It's definitely satisfying and we had a good time. Would definitely come again.

The food was very good and our waitress was friendly and polite.

U took soo long to bring any food out honestly we in the end just got up and left the food that did come out was cold

Some orders were unfortunately very slow and we had to repeat those three times until we got the eggplant salad. Generally speaking: the food was nice!

Limited choice of food but is yummier than other stores.

Slow service, which is surprising given they have a 2 hour sitting and the interest to get customers in and out quickly

Father's day was excellent and as the location was not full to its maximum capacity, the ordering times were extremely quick that we ate too much and too fast but thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We have been here before as a family and will be back again as a family.

The seaweed salad is still frozen when served on the table. Missed orders all the time

Food was good, service was fast, didn’t wait long to order or to get the food. Seating is a bit uncomfortable, the chairs are a bit low.

Worst experience ever. We waiting over an hour for any steak.. by the time we got it there was half an hour of the session left.. they kept giving us vegetarian dishes. I got possibly one chicken karaage pieces. The dumpling were cold. Poor service
