Excellent food selection with great service . Will go back again .

they were severely understaffed, and we had to wait super long for our orders to arrive. there were dishes we ordered from when we arrived that finally arrived in the second hour of our dining time after we had to ask the waiters multiple times for the dish. I feel like we couldn't eat as much as there was a lot of waiting time with no food on our table.

Mother’s Day dinner out with family. It was first time for us at Okami Camberwell and very impressive. A flower for mother of the table was nice touch. Food was very delicious. Service was fantastic. We definitely go to Okami Camberwell again.

The new ipad ordering system was really cool, and made ordering very easy. The food was also particularly good - the beef carpaccio had extra wasabi mixed into the Mayo that was just perfect, and the miso steak had more sauce than usual, which when paired with the leftover charcoal places, was delicious.

I have not come to Okami for a few years, today’s experience was fantastic. Improved ordering system, almost zero waiting time. My family is very satisfied. The only thing I like to see some improvement is the air con appears to be too cold for winter season.

First time there and will definitely go again. Hope to work through the menu and find some favourites.

We always love going to Okami as we can all enjoy a range of dishes and everybody gets what they want. Some food was a bit slower than usual but it was still a great night out.

Okami doesn’t disappoint and we tried some new dishes today which was great.

The food here is great. It is an amazing restaurant full in terms of that aspect. however, in terms of atmosphere, it is really cramped, and I feel like everyone is on top of everyone. It is also very echoey, which can make it hard for conversion.

The food was tasteless, the meat was poor quality, the sushi was meagre and padded with non-fish pieces, the service was slow. This was a big change from my many other times at this restaurant. It seems like cost cutting is going on and it has wrecked the experience.

The good was excellent, the service was great and they took into account that it was my daughter’s birthday by reserving the best seats in the house and giving her a little something at the end. I would totally recommend this place on the food alone which was brilliant. I will be back

Okami is a unique experience with incredible quality for an “all you can eat” experience. It’s not the best for quiet chats, but if you’re coming to get some quality food and lots of it, then this is the place. Can’t recommend it enough.

I have always preferred Camberwell over most of the other restaurant locations. We come from Rowville to visit Camberwell Location. They have always been polite and gave great service. But this time it was good but not great. Very slow. I understand it was Valentine’s Day…but the manager knew it was Valentine’s Day. If they couldn’t staff the number they shouldn’t have accepted the bookings. It’s about the management on days like Valentines Day. Sorry guys not the best this time.

This place has gone down hill. Food was lack lustre Service was non existent - had to constantly find someone to take your order. Don’t bother with this place.
