Terrible, rude service. Had to order via QR code... wait ages for drinks, food just thrown on the table. Service and quality has deteriorated significantly... won't be going back

We enjoy the food, the service was faster now except with the ice cream order.

Terrible experience. The woman who checked us in was very rude. We asked for a quiet area for someone with mental health condition, she said no. All night she was rude towards us. Food was good. It was for a 35th Birthday and was ruined. Won’t eat here again.

It was a great experience; the staff was good, and so was the food.

Meal was great service was great but annoyed they charged a 15 % surcharge on a Saturday which is not a public holiday

Booked for 8pm, they took their time seating us approx 8:10 and was told kitchen closes at 8:50?! So basically we had 40minutes to eat, they cut us short by an hour and a half.

Gave this location another chance but the food quality still seems a little lower than other locations for some offerings. For example Chicken Karaage dry small pieces & both servings of Yakiniku Beef were dry and chewy, usually its juicy, tender with chard onion & rendered fat.

Have been there a few times, but this time is not as good as before, quite a few items were not available on the menu, the sushi rice was hard and tasteless. We won't be going back anymore.

Book for 7 people,thanks to my daughter as when she check the bill,we are being charged for 8 people,some food we have ordered were not served,until we asked the waitress as we were waiting,hoping that it will be served soon.

So so so slow and the staff were so unfriendly and were extremely pushy about dessert just to get us out before our time was even up.

We haven’t been since all the changes and were disappointed Gone is customer service. Everything is now using a QR code for ordering Took over a half hour to get a drink Food portions are a lot smaller. Staff run off their feet, clearly not enough on roster. Taste of food was very different to how it used to be

Food had exceptionally long wait time due to low serving staff numbers. There was also temperature of food that was varying due to waiting to be served for so long. The food was also not seasoned as well as it normally is for okami standards which didn't help when it was also overcooked and chewy for the steak or it was undercooked for some stiff dry noodles.
