We had a fantastic time! The food was delicious, the service was great, and the price was very reasonable! Looking forward to our next visit, and looking forward to trying other branches (Ballarat is next!)

Great place, and tasty food especially for only 32.80 all you can eat. The service is prompt and staff are friendly and discuss how it works at the beginning if you're unaware. The miso and teriyaki steaks are worth a try as well as the gyozas. Everything is quite delicious regardless though.

Atmosphere was great, very warm and cozy yet modern; area was clean and pleasant. Food was AMAZING for the price that it was! Loved the all-you-can-eat so much – best deal I've seen yet. Waiters were friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Wait time was incredibly short as well. 12/10! <3

I think that the food at this okami store is beyond exceptional for the franchise. It’s my favourite to go to and will become our regular once they get their liquor license.

Food is tasty. The only thing on the downside is the shortage of manpower. Sometimes, I need to wait for a while to order some food. All in all, it's a good experience.

Food was really good quality and value for money. The fact that the restaurant didn't have their liquor license renewed put a damper on the evening. If I knew before I wouldn't have come. For group of 4 we ordered 4 sushi and sashimi platters at the start, they decided by themselves it was too much so they brought only 2. When I complained about only having received 2 platters, they finally brought out another 2 but much smaller than previous 2 platters. There were several instances where I had to follow up the food after long delays. I felt as though the staff were drip delivering the food to our table, with gaps between orders and delivery getting larger and larger, as the evening went on. perhaps hoping that we would get full the longer the gaps between the food being delivered and we wouldn't order as much. Overall still good value and would come back again, but service needs to improve.

Tables too small for 10 ppl. They’re don’t care how convenience ppl walking or seats, even if we have booked. The same reason other group of 10 left the restaurant.

Be careful. They overcharge us by 1 person. We didn’t check the receipt properly. Only when we split bill after dinner that we realized they overcharge us by 1-2 pax. Check Ur bill

Terrible experience, overcrowded, service staff were run off their feet, food was very good, no liquor license waited an hour after repeated request for a bottle of mineral water asked for cutlery and finally arrived when we were having dessert!! The Hampton location runs rings around the Caulfield location will not be returning to this place again, we were told we had to be out in an hour and a half!! There is no way we received our food in that time and at $32.00 per head I wouldn’t have paid $5.00 for what we ate, I suggest you order all your food, drinks and desserts as soon as you sit down and hope you get it in that order, disappointed!!

The food was amazing, especially chicken Karaage which was very delicious. We went for dinner twice. The service was excellent and we would love to go back again, highly recommend for everyone.

Great food and service, we had a really nice time and spent over 2 hours there enjoying it all. The lighting and seating was comfy. Maybe some sound insulation would be great as the crowd gets a little noisy and some, more private couple tables would be cool too. Otherwise everything is really great, favorite restaurant, food and service! :)

Took awhile to get seated and whilst they were busy, disappointed to see two other tables who came in after us be served first. Food is delicious though, unfortunately they hadn't renewed their RSA for the month so couldn't serve alcohol.

Great food. Good value for money and lovely service. The wait staff are so sweet. Will definitely go there again. We had 3 platters sushi/sahimi, chicken teriyaki, udon chicken noodles, 3 serves beef carrpaccio, tempura, gyoza, spring rolls and a serve of ice cream all for about $115 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Yum!

The food, service and ambiance were perfect. The reason I didn’t give full score is the restaurant does not allow split bills. This is ok at most restaurants as there are some close by. This Okami is very isolated and has no atm in walking distance. This was very inconvenient. They should allow spilt billing due to this factor. If need be I would have been happy to pay a small surcharge just to access the convenience of split billing.

We were there again last Sunday night with my friends from Japan, who valued the food and service highly, which said it all. We'll go back again this week.
