Food is tasty. The only thing on the downside is the shortage of manpower. Sometimes, I need to wait for a while to order some food. All in all, it's a good experience.

Food was really good quality and value for money. The fact that the restaurant didn't have their liquor license renewed put a damper on the evening. If I knew before I wouldn't have come. For group of 4 we ordered 4 sushi and sashimi platters at the start, they decided by themselves it was too much so they brought only 2. When I complained about only having received 2 platters, they finally brought out another 2 but much smaller than previous 2 platters. There were several instances where I had to follow up the food after long delays. I felt as though the staff were drip delivering the food to our table, with gaps between orders and delivery getting larger and larger, as the evening went on. perhaps hoping that we would get full the longer the gaps between the food being delivered and we wouldn't order as much. Overall still good value and would come back again, but service needs to improve.

Great experience dining here, after enjoying it last time returned this time with a family friend, who loved it very much. highlights included sashimi and beef plate

Tables too small for 10 ppl. They’re don’t care how convenience ppl walking or seats, even if we have booked. The same reason other group of 10 left the restaurant.

Very nice, fresh food, reasonable service, but no liquor licence. overall it is very good value for money and our group of four all enjoyed our meal.

Location is good, plenty of parking place. Dish service is nice and quick. Food is delicious and plenty to eat. I strongly recommend people to try. Thanks!

Be careful. They overcharge us by 1 person. We didn’t check the receipt properly. Only when we split bill after dinner that we realized they overcharge us by 1-2 pax. Check Ur bill

Great food, quick service and great value! Variety of selections in both entre and main menu. Loved the miso beef. ice cream green tea is awesome!

Terrible experience, overcrowded, service staff were run off their feet, food was very good, no liquor license waited an hour after repeated request for a bottle of mineral water asked for cutlery and finally arrived when we were having dessert!! The Hampton location runs rings around the Caulfield location will not be returning to this place again, we were told we had to be out in an hour and a half!! There is no way we received our food in that time and at $32.00 per head I wouldn’t have paid $5.00 for what we ate, I suggest you order all your food, drinks and desserts as soon as you sit down and hope you get it in that order, disappointed!!

The food was amazing, especially chicken Karaage which was very delicious. We went for dinner twice. The service was excellent and we would love to go back again, highly recommend for everyone.

Great food and service, we had a really nice time and spent over 2 hours there enjoying it all. The lighting and seating was comfy. Maybe some sound insulation would be great as the crowd gets a little noisy and some, more private couple tables would be cool too. Otherwise everything is really great, favorite restaurant, food and service! :)

Fresh food, all the staff is friendly and the best part is ask you can eat for real! The moment you pick you the menu somebody comes to check if you want to order more food

Took awhile to get seated and whilst they were busy, disappointed to see two other tables who came in after us be served first. Food is delicious though, unfortunately they hadn't renewed their RSA for the month so couldn't serve alcohol.

Great food. Good value for money and lovely service. The wait staff are so sweet. Will definitely go there again. We had 3 platters sushi/sahimi, chicken teriyaki, udon chicken noodles, 3 serves beef carrpaccio, tempura, gyoza, spring rolls and a serve of ice cream all for about $115 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Yum!

Great food and good value for money. Left feeling very full and satisfied and really appreciated the number of vegetarian dishes that were available on the menu.

The food, service and ambiance were perfect. The reason I didn’t give full score is the restaurant does not allow split bills. This is ok at most restaurants as there are some close by. This Okami is very isolated and has no atm in walking distance. This was very inconvenient. They should allow spilt billing due to this factor. If need be I would have been happy to pay a small surcharge just to access the convenience of split billing.

Excellent, delicious food!! Brought interstate friends there and they totally loved it!! Very courteous and pleasant staff anfmd fadt service. Plan on returning soon. Highly recommended!!

We were there again last Sunday night with my friends from Japan, who valued the food and service highly, which said it all. We'll go back again this week.

Price is good, for what you can choose. A bit crowded and need to talk loudly so friends can hear you. Overall it is ok, will go again.

Food and value were great, but unfortunately we had to ask for menus and catch the waitress whenever she came by, as our table was never approached to order. It was very busy in there but we left happy and full.

It was over all a pleasant experience, it was a very nice dinner, good variety of food and lovely staff but as it is always busy service was a bit slow.

Meso soup thas just water thif cheese , susi rolls rice have a lot off venegar, we receive most food just single plate , but order whas for 2 plates , rolls whas not seim as we order and tea whas very cold

Was sat in front hidden away was hard to get service, ordered some things that never came which doesn’t matter at all you can eat. The food that came tho was very good, it’s great value for money
