It was over all a pleasant experience, it was a very nice dinner, good variety of food and lovely staff but as it is always busy service was a bit slow.

Meso soup thas just water thif cheese , susi rolls rice have a lot off venegar, we receive most food just single plate , but order whas for 2 plates , rolls whas not seim as we order and tea whas very cold

Was sat in front hidden away was hard to get service, ordered some things that never came which doesn’t matter at all you can eat. The food that came tho was very good, it’s great value for money

We enjoyed our all you can eat dinner at Okami Caulfield. It was a special treat for my young grandson's birthday. The staff were very friendly and lovely to the 2 boys providing the birthday boy with a sparkler in his icecream....he was very happy! The children said the food was great and it was a fun night....they had, sushi, beef teriyaki and a chicken dish, they ate everything! All meals were prepared and presented nicely. A good night for all of us. I would recommend Okami Caulfield.

My partner and I came to Okami Caulfield for an anniversary dinner and we had a lovely time! The food was absolutely delicious!! We will definitely be back again!!

Four of us dined here recently. Friendly Staff and food was plentiful and delicious. Restaurant can become noisy as it fills which makes it hard to have a conversation.

Food is very good. A wide selection of freshly prepared dishes. We love the ice cream. Excellent service from staff who are very friendly and helpful

Quick service and yummy food. The seating was also spaced out very well and the menu had a good variety of options to choose from.

I often eat at Okami Hampton but Okami Caulfield is equally as good. It can be a little noisy but that doesn’t detract from the wonderful food and fabulous friendly service. Imagine being able to eat all the Japanese you want? This restaurant offers not only quantity but quality.

food was good. speed of delivery of food was acceptable. negative comment is that staff do not smile that much. they have this very seripus look whenever u take your order or request for something, seems they show that they are too tired.

the ordering system is not working well, we been sitting there for 15mins, luckily I asked , then realised that our Oder was not in the system I but the food is very good

Great food and service, friendly staff, all food cooked fresh and delivered in a timely manner, some portions smaller than others but just order double, will definatley return

Took my work colleagues for their first time and one hadn't been to a Japanese restaurant at all. Although it was busy we still received our food in good time. The food and service was great and the experience was perfect for our occasion. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

good variety of entrees, mains and sides. service was a bit slow as we were tucked away in a corner but food came very fast once ordered. decent portion sizes as well. venue is better for big groups than couples

Great concept and value for the price. Very rare to see all you can eat (AYCE) Japanese - enjoyed it a lot, as did the party who I attended with.

Food is fresh. My flavors are miso steak, shrimp, dumplings, chicken noodles, and squid salad. I prefer to start it at 5:00 pm rather than 7:00 pm because I need time to process the food in my system before going to bed.

Food is 一番,service a bit slow and nothing Japanese touch. Pity some icecreams not 放題. Suggest more desserts and cakes,better add some Japanese background music or video. Food plus culture make life more beautiful,一期一会.

We went to Okami Japanese restaurant Caulfield on Thursday night for our son's birthday and took the All You Can Eat option. Before going we checked the reviews and found some negative ones, saying that the service was slow and suggesting some strategies. However we didn't need to use these strategies. There's no delay at all! The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. The only thing that we were a bit disappointed is the raw beef, which seemed having been prepared earlier and kept in the fridge so the taste is not that good. We will definitely return and recommend to our friends.

Sensational food and service and value. Great for family dinners! Can’t beat all you can eat Japanese for $32.80 and kids under four free and kids up to twelve $18! Perfect recipe for a successful restaurant! Been twice, both times great! Can’t wait to go back! Only downside.. was a bit noisy..

good value for money , but very crowded and slow service . no great choice of wines and drinks / Air conditioner not working proporly and cooling non stop .The seats are not confy too

Went there on a weeknight - place was overcrowded and understaffed. We had to ask 3 times for our food on separate occasions as things never came out even after waiting for over an hour. Dessert ended up coming out before some of our entrees.. was a big mess. Although service was an issue, the food is generally good for the price.

The service and food was great. Just a little bit on the salty side. However, you can order some dishes with the sauce on side which worked pretty well with my younger child. Staffs were very friendly and nice!

Great little place. Service was great. Food was fantastic for the price, just wish you could order sashimi separately instead of having to get a whole platter.
