The service and food was great. Just a little bit on the salty side. However, you can order some dishes with the sauce on side which worked pretty well with my younger child. Staffs were very friendly and nice!

Great little place. Service was great. Food was fantastic for the price, just wish you could order sashimi separately instead of having to get a whole platter.

First and foremost, the majority of the staff that served my large table this particular Tuesday night, was exceptional. They catered to our needs without rolling their eyes or being rude, and that just made the night run so smoothly. It was my brother's surprise birthday dinner, and there were up to 12 guests - you can imagine how much food was requested to cater 12 hungry mouths! I gave it a 5 because the waitress who had taken the order for the All You Can Eat option, must have recorded too much of certain dishes and made us all wonder, who was going to finish all the food?! Don't get me wrong, we were all so grateful for the abundance of food but wasting it was not on our agenda. We were told that all the food we ordered would not fit on our tables but we kindly denied their advice, and told them to proceed bringing food out, knowing that each plate could be taken away gradually to make room for more. The staff kindly stored the birthday cake in the fridge as well, and placed it on a nice plate for presentation. I was even offered sparklers but I was happy with the candles that I had provided myself. Another thing to note was, one waitress even helped take photos of us and joked along with us throughout the night, and the main ones ALWAYS had a smile on their face even when it seemed like we were pestering for things here and there! The space was quite cramped (mainly due to us taking up 12 seats in the small restaurant) but the staff confidently manoeuvred around us with plates of food. I have been to Okami before at other locations so I knew what to expect from the food - always tasty and filling! The slight downfall was the time it took for food to come out but that was understandable considering it was a busy night (for a Tuesday) and we ordered a lot of food. I just wish I had taken the names down of the waitresses and the one waiter that night. I hope they read this so that they know my family and friends were very thankful for their service and good vibes. Definitely recommend this place for sure, and would go again!

Food is excellent quality and nice presentation. The service is friendly and quick. It can be a little noisy in the restaurant, but that's because it is so popular and always very busy. My friends came here for the first time and will definitely be back with their friends.

Food was good, as expected, but you tried to fit in as many people, as possible. That made place too crowdy and far too noisy to enjoy any conversation - we could hardly hear each other.

The food at OKAMI is delicious and fresh which is what you expect from a Japanese restaurant. Warm friendly service and good atmosphere. The beef carpaccio was outstanding, definitely the highlight of the meal. I'll be back again.

Service was ok due to the very busy situation and the staff can generally satisfied your request. Food was good and in a quick speed to take to your table. But if they can provide the sashimi only dish then will be great.
