Very nice food, will come again. Service a bit slow.

Food is delicious, always served with the same taste and consistency. Service is quick, staff is very attentive. We go almost every week and have never been disappointed.

They had great food and great service, only somewhat downside was sometimes we wondered where our food was but they did well considering how packed the place was. Which also made the place quite noisy but that’s not their fault 👍

Service very efficient and friendly. Food was tasty and well presented and all hot dishes came to the table hot. For customers eating "a lot" it is very good value as it is "all you can eat for a set price."

The food is fresh and delicious. The staff can response the request of customers with an acceptable speed. Finally, the price is outstanding. I will visit again in the future.

Six of us enjoyed the great food and lively ambience last night. Highly recommended for good value, wide selection and fresh preparation. A delicious and fun night out.

When we arrived, we had to wait 10-15 minutes before we can place an order. We had to wait 1 hour for certain meals, especially sushi. When ordering, some meals were for forgotten. The feeling was staff were avoiding us, not to take orders. We understand it was busy as it was Valentines Day but waiting 1 hour for sushi and not completing orders is not acceptable. We have been there many times and we left with a bad feeling.

Service was attentive and quick, at no point did we have to try and flag down a staff member. Food was really nice and the portions were a perfect size to be able to try a bit of everything.

We were a party of 10. Including one baby. The chairs were not great for 2 of the little children. The service was quick & generous. Not sure if I like the deadline to be out by a certain time. Much more relaxing to just make a night of it

They been very busy as usual ,therefore they could not handle guest on time. I been in many Okami branches, Even they are busy to but they handle guests faster

Very bad service! They really scared you to order and eat! You only have 2 hours, but theit serving speed is terrible slow, and we order couple times of prawns they have no serving! We don’t have enough food to eat, is this calling *all you can eat*????? And they only want you to pay cash to avoid their tax!? Because they have 1.5% surcharge no matter how much is your bill! Very bad experience ever! Never gonna go again!

Always a great experience at Okami Caulfield! The food is delicious, the service is quick and our only critisism is we leave too full! Highly recommend.

Have to Keep asking where my order. 1.5hr only come two around of food, I ask for 5 thing only 1 come, not really what I know Okami Restaurant. I be to other Okami Restaurant, Only Caulfield have this problem. all the staff don't care just say I will reorder for you and walk away 15min later nothing and ask again. I have go home and eat two minute noodle after.

Food is pretty good although they were very busy so it is sometimes a bit hard to get their attention to add orders. Otherwise pretty satisfied.

Food was surprisingly good! Portions were more than adequate and the price is extremely reasonable. Will definitely be coming back for group dinners and celebrations.

Very Slow Service.Had to go twice to the main counter asking tham to take an order. The waitress look tired and did not smile at all.

This was our second visit this week. Food was exceptional. We throroughly enjoy coming to okami and okami caulfield specifically. We will be back soon.
