The plates were left on the table after new food was delivered. Had to wait ask the waiter a few times where the next courses were, waiting for about 20 minutes and it was cold. this all happened later in the evening

Sushi & sashimi was lovely, but other dishes were rather tasteless and we were given too much tea and ice cream and then charged for it.

The food was nice. We did like the improvements in regards of the ice cream. The service could be improved, specially from young men. girls were very good. The atmosphere was below average. Furniture is VERY old and duty, tables are TOO close to each other, so we had to make a lot of effort to get between them.

The service was very good! It was overall excellent just that the food was a bit slow. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Have visited many times and usually have a fantastic experience. This time our food was often forgotten, cold when it arrived or double what we ordered. Had to work hard to get the staff attention and often go to the counter. I will continue to go, as I’m hopeful it was just a bad night

Sadly this visit didn't live up to expectations. Firstly the feel of the restaurant was cold (temperature), the wait staff took their time with drinks orders and entrees. In the meantime we have a table near us with 4 noisy ill behaved children running around the restaurant. The overall vibe was like a Japanese McDonalds. The food was disappointing and some dishes didn't taste authentically Japanese. The overall experience was mediocre to say the least and we won't be returning.

2 toddlers 1 child and 9 adults. Great value for money, Excellent food and service. 7th visit and will always be first stop for group dining.

Food was of a good standard however the front of house was clearly understaffed as it took awhile for us to be seated. We had to ask to place our order and there were dirty plates left on tables for most of the night.

It was very loud. We couldn't even conduct a normal conversation. They seemed a bit short staffed so a few tables had to go up to the bar to ask for service. Some of the food wasn't as good quality wise as previously.

I usually like this restaurant but our last visit was horrible. The restaurant was understaffed, and a lot of tables were waiting for orders to be taken. We waited 30 mins for our food to come out and the wait staff were ignoring us when we flagged them down. I understand that they were likely understaffed but they were not really proactive with checking in or bringing our food or water. Many tables were getting up and going to the counter to ask to order, and a lot of tables didn't have food. Given there is a time limit on sessions this process should have ran a lot smoother. I really like the food here but I was disappointed with the service.

Food was very average Hot food came lukewarm Ice cream in hospital tubs - no class First ordered dish came last And to add to that the waitress (accidentally) spilled miso soup ALL OVER ME! Overpriced, under delivered Definitely won’t be going back
