loved the restaurant and the food . the staff were very attentive . Noise levels where a bit high but to be expected at a busy restaurant

Unfortunately service was slow. Food was being taken to the wrong table. When we questioned where our order was, we were lied to being told that there was no rice, with rice being brought out to other tables. Very long wait times with us having to flag down a waiter for every order. We felt like we weren’t listened to and were an inconvenience as a customer. Will not be returning

With have been coming here for years but the quality and service is getting worse. Last night we waited a long time for our food and when it came out is was over cooked e specially all the chicken dishes or it was raw like the miso steak. We won’t be returning to this one again.

Worst service ever. Order 7 dishes, took over an hour to come and only some of them came. It is called all you can eat and we are charged $40 yet we do not receive any food. Took 45 minutes for our drinks (coke to come). Sat there with an empty table for nearly an hour. Waste of money, worsst service and waited so long for food to come out COLD?????

we love coming here because its such good value for money, the staff were friendly and tentative, will definitely come again!

Waited 50 minutes for fried rice…. Cold food, tough steak and slow service. Staff had no clue who ordered what… been to plenty other okami’s and have never had any problems but unfortunately wasn’t the case here. Respect the hard work that was going on but execution sadly wasn’t there.

We’ve been coming here for years, but last night the food was particularly good. Fresh and cooked/prepared and served with care. The new staff were working hard to learn the ropes and everyone was friendly.

Weekday visit was really good. There were not many people and good and quick service.

The plates were left on the table after new food was delivered. Had to wait ask the waiter a few times where the next courses were, waiting for about 20 minutes and it was cold. this all happened later in the evening

Sushi & sashimi was lovely, but other dishes were rather tasteless and we were given too much tea and ice cream and then charged for it.

The food was nice. We did like the improvements in regards of the ice cream. The service could be improved, specially from young men. girls were very good. The atmosphere was below average. Furniture is VERY old and duty, tables are TOO close to each other, so we had to make a lot of effort to get between them.

The service was very good! It was overall excellent just that the food was a bit slow. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Had a great meal, friendly staff and throughly enjoyed it all.

Best all you can eat place! Worth every penny! Food is out of this world
