Okami - Craigieburn

Great value for money. Saturday night was very busy, but the food came quickly and there was lots of it!! Binh was amazing! Very attentive and helped us choose well from the menu. Will be back soon!

Disappointed. Read that it was BYO on their menu and website. Brought a bottle of wine and asked for a wine glass and was told sorry you can't drink that here we don't have our licence yet. Food was okay, service not so much. Definitely a language barrier as we were brought out wrong things we hasn't even ordered and other things we ordered were forgotten about and had to remind staff about.

Too noisy unfortunately they haven’t got there liquor license yet plus too long of a line at the end for paying I reckon they should come around just prior to time running out with a eft machine and get payment but other than that will definitely be back

I have visited the Okami in Greensborough many times so was very excited to hear about the new one on Craigieburn, right around the corner from work! The food is fresh and delicious and the staff are so friendly and attentive. $35 for 2 hours of all you Can eat delicious Japanese cuisine is absolutely worth it. It did get quite noisy once the restaurant had filled, due to the design the acoustics aren't fabulous so you can hear all the noise from around the restaurant but can hardly hear the conversation at our table - this may just be our table placement. Will definitely be paying another visit!

Restaurant was spacious compared to other Okami branches. Friendly staff. Most of the food we ordered were served within 20 - 30 minutes & some were not served at all. The wait staff were apologetic however, the problem is in the kitchen. Maybe they need to add more chefs or kitchen hands
