Great service and food. Love the QR code ordering, makes it so much easier. Was noisy for a Wednesday but didn’t help we were sat next to the only table with two very young children screaming the place down and playing drums with the utensils. Overall great food and service.

After attending Okami in Frankston last year we couldn't have been happier with the experience with fresh hot and delicious food. So we thought we'd try the local Cranbourne west restaurant, after the first plates of fried rice came to the table we should've got up and left. They were dry and flavour less and looked like they had been sitting around for 20 min before arriving at the table. We carried on and ordered more food only to be more disappointed with every plate that arrived at the table. To top it all off my 14 year old son is apparently an adult and we were charged accordingly, overall a disappointing experience and we won't be returning any time soon.

The chicken kaarage was doughy and old felt like it was sitting on the line for a while, we had one piece that was all bone no meat. Food was very mediocre the whole way through. Would recommend the officer one more

Had a great dinner at okami cranbourne west the service from staff was amazing the food was hot fresh and quick to come out. Restaurant was loud however It's quiet a small place and I'd never complain about people having fun and laughing. Amazing place for dinner. Love it

Amazing food, good value all you can eat, quick service

Loved the fact that the food came out so quickly - when you are with grandchildren, this is very important! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only reason I didn't score higher is that I find the experience a little overwhelming and the surrounds a little too noisy for me - but I'm over 70 so that's to be expected :) overall, a very fun night !

Website doesn't work so ordering is really slow because you have to flag down staff every time you want to order something.

Just ok, not great, everything was just a little underwhelming. The ice cream was rock hard, too icy and not quite right. The service staff were lovely though.

Food was not tasty. Sushi roll was too thick with too much rice and very little other ingredients. Agedashi tofu was too tough, not soft. Teriyaki chicken don was so bland, it was not teriyaki style. Gyoza was undercooked.

Waiting for food is too long, literally was served one item food which was ordered in the first hour came when we were getting up to pay. There’s few more items were served late had to ask if our order was placed or not? Overall food was good.

Not as great as previous times but it was still yummy. I just wish the ordering had a log of what you've ordered and when, it'd make it a much easier for all.

Cranbourne Okami accommodated for gluten friendly & peanut allergy, personally taking our orders & taking care with cross contamination. Thanks guys, we'll be back 🙂

Half the food we ordered never showed up even asking the wait staff who assured us it was. Most hot items came out cold, one was fridge cold. Have been several times but seems to get a little worse each time, this was definitely our last visit. Will never return
