Okami - Cranbourne

Website doesn't work so ordering is really slow because you have to flag down staff every time you want to order something.

High quality food that remains consistent even when it is busy.

Food is fantastic. Very good service and staff are friendly.

Great value. A variety of dishes on the menu and food is freshly cooked.

Just ok, not great, everything was just a little underwhelming. The ice cream was rock hard, too icy and not quite right. The service staff were lovely though.

Food was not tasty. Sushi roll was too thick with too much rice and very little other ingredients. Agedashi tofu was too tough, not soft. Teriyaki chicken don was so bland, it was not teriyaki style. Gyoza was undercooked.

Waiting for food is too long, literally was served one item food which was ordered in the first hour came when we were getting up to pay. There’s few more items were served late had to ask if our order was placed or not? Overall food was good.

Awesome 🩵 great food, lovely and prompt service, fair and competitive pricing and lovely clean dining room with space around the tables.. will come back

Not as great as previous times but it was still yummy. I just wish the ordering had a log of what you've ordered and when, it'd make it a much easier for all.

Cranbourne Okami accommodated for gluten friendly & peanut allergy, personally taking our orders & taking care with cross contamination. Thanks guys, we'll be back 🙂

Half the food we ordered never showed up even asking the wait staff who assured us it was. Most hot items came out cold, one was fridge cold. Have been several times but seems to get a little worse each time, this was definitely our last visit. Will never return

I think its a great restaurant for a fun girls night out!

It was incredibly busy during this visit and you could barely hear the person on the other side of the table.

Friendly happy staff - very happy to help when required - but disappointed as other stores have iPads ect and I think with the price rise at Okami this store could be updated. Also think there should be a price for people who eat small amounts as I’m not going to eat $40 worth of food.

Quick and efficient service with very friendly staff the food great taste

Service was a little bit slow and we didn't receive some of the food we ordered.

The atmosphere was very good, not too much noise. The speed in which the food came out was also great.

It was a good dinner. The food was good and came on time. Just towards the end, we were waiting a while because our server forgot to bring our one bowl of steamed rice and ice cream. Other than that, our dinner was good

Food and staff were magnificent However only one toilet and no nappy change table Otherwise great experiance

Good came out spuratically, when we ordered we received all our sides and then had to wait 20 minutes each time for a main to come up which by the time they came the food was cold and we were not interested in eating. We had been there previously and was great but the new QR code ordering system seems like a good idea but after this trip it is not worth the money probably won’t be back again

Delicious as always. Service is increasingly good with the QR code ordering system. Tasty and still okay value for money even with the increasing costs.

We have been there three times now and the service is absolutely terrible. We had three meals in a 2 hour service definitely not good enough. We will not be going back

Very slow tonight unfortunately. The team worked super hard but they looked under staffed. Good was great when it arrived though

Always good food at Okami. We like the a la carte menu and the Bento boxes as they are smaller portions which suit us.

I booked a table and drove an hour just to enjoy the food, but the waiter told me that I was alone so I couldn't use the buffet option So your restaurant doesn't welcome one person, this is very funny

New years eve dinner was delish. Staff were so busy all night and made time to greet everyone, loved our gift on the way out. Thank you.

Orders were missed. Waited over 50 mins for our drinks and some of our food was not delivered. Had to call a waiter over after 30 mins to request our food and drinks.
