I really enjoyed the food and service and has become one of my favourite spots, all around very satisfying.

3 of my orders never came out even asking 3 seperate times to 2 of your employees about the 3 dishes. Price has gone up but food servings have dropped dramatically. First time I've ever left one of your restaurants still hungry. Only one staff member at one time payed attention to your new red attention card on the table. Was very disappointed this time around after many years of enjoying Okami. Hopefully a different location will be much better

Okami Cranbourne is my family's favourite place to go and eat out. It's such a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. The new ordering system is also fantastic.

We had a fantastic night out at Okami, used the barcode scanner first time and it was super fast service. The meals were fresh, so tasty and you can just order when you wanna another top up of food to go round. I love this restaurant in particular as it's not as overcrowded, attention to detail very clean and everyone is great with service. Will definitely be back and soon for sure!!!

It was our first time at the restaurant and we had a great experience.

It was ok, food didn’t blow us away as other Okami restaurants have. Staff weren’t as friendly. Tables and bathrooms shabby and in some parts dirty. Food was slow but restaurant was quiet.

The cost was a bit high especially for drinks, but the wait times for the food was next to nothing

Excellent place to dine in Too noisy, due to space

We ordered stuff that didn't come and had to order it again. Staff were nice but a little frustrating to have to wait longer for our food

- One staff member was friendly but was unrefined with service skills. - While I understand the manager has a tough job, she didn’t smile once, didn’t give any indication she was happy for our custom, only said what was necessary to get us seated and for us to pay our bill so we can leave. Not warm or approachable. - A family had put all the adults on one table and all small children on another to be unsupervised. The kids were literally screaming as they mucked around at the table. Not once were the adults told the children needed to be supervised, quiet-down, or anything. We had to shout over a tiny table while our ears were ringing from screaming in an echoey room. I left with a headache and our night out was sub-par.

I booked dinner for my little girl 6th birthday on 26 Sep. Hot foods wasn’t warm enough , sushi platter got hair between rice and the fish, I told the staff about the hair but he seem to be doesn’t care, just walked away 😠 I told staff to play happy birthday song for my girl, she said they don’t play birthday song anymore . Staff are rude , I really disappointed, never want to come back again .

Service was very poor. Never going back there an again . Wait time for food was ridiculous and appalling … waited half an hour for food and out time was nearly up …
