Food was amazing and we had our first dishes within 3 minutes from sitting at the table. The whole experience was amazing.

Love the food love the staff service great but due to the size of the restaurant its a bit tight and very loud but thats the oly down side

Great place for small or group bookings. Food is tasty, fresh and plentiful. Wait staff are attentive and service relatively swift. New waste policy introduced which is a great idea, too many people over order and then it gets thrown out. Won’t happen now with new policy, people will be reluctant to be paying more $$. Good value for money for freshly cooked all you can eat.

Few dishes served was not hot enough (almost cold cooked meat). Taste is not consistent with the same dish ordered for the second time.

We've been to Okami Cranbourne many times, but this time around the food was even tastier than before. The staff were also their welcoming and professional selves, making for a wonderful dinner experience!

Excellent food, drink and service. The use of QR codes on the tables makes for a faster service when the restaurant is busy.

This was my 7th visit and it was much better this time with ability to order ice cream plus the matcha fish used to only be one or the other. Also food came out very fast. New foods to try and staff was patient with my son who ordered a lot of food. Sometimes we got teriyaki steak instead of miso steak that we ordered. Drinks were awesome.
