Food was amazing, staff were wonderful, great night, well done

Was a good night , didn’t like the QR codes and will double think about coming again .

Food was OK but the deep fried food was incredibly oily, meaning the oil was not hot enough (probably because of the constant cooking reducing the oil temperature). The octopus balls were quite doughy and uncooked inside because of the low cooking temperature. Made the fried dessert item quite gross. Probably won’t go back, wanted to really enjoy it as a first visit, but it is what it is.

The variety of food at Okami is awesome. You could order via the QR code which is super convenient whenever you needed more and it was always hot. The service was great and while it was busy for a Saturday night, you could still hear each other. 10/10

Orders had to be order twice because they took so long to come out.. all drinks were flat and taste like water

This place never fails to impress. The food is delicious and food delivery is so fast, it’s always impressive and really makes the most of the 2 hour seating time. Make sure to wear your extra stretchy pants!

It’s too cold. Tables of two are near the door and it’s draughty. Aircon on in winter. I love the QR codes. Service and food great as always.

Every thing was great but restaurant was packed so the noise level was so high we couldn't even hear each other.

Half of the wait staff were rude and had little personality, didn't smile. There was a table behind us where the children were incredibly loud and throwing paper planes.. the staff did not ask them to stop. The vegetable and prawn gyozas were mushy. Apart from that the food was nice as per usual

Great Food, speedy service. Best to book 5.30 as it seems to get louder and louder the more busier it gets as more people tend to come in to eat later in the night
