Food is always nice. Was very busy and quite noisy. A bit squishy to bring my mum in who has a walker.

All the food came promptly and was delicious but the waitress was terrible…no people skills and who ever answered the phone when we rang to ask a question about our booking was very un professional..they answered the phone like they would at home….

The service has been quite good. The service are very prompt and quick however the menu is still the same so if they were to expand the menu it would be better.

It was better than the pakenham one, I thoroughly enjoyed every dish , but the udon noodles was 0/10 , greasy no flavour at all , horrible

It would have been nicer if we could have booked the time we wanted 6:30 instead of the only time offered 6pm The restaurant was almost empty when we got there, and while more people arrived as the evening went on there seemed no apparent reason 6:30 time slot was not available for selection. Food was nice, serves were larger than what we normally eat, did not need the entree & we worried about being charged the $15 fee for wastage if we didn’t eat it all. Entree & main were all served at same time which we did not like. Seems we were the only customers doing a La carte.

Service was really bad waited 45mims for drinks an the food we ordered came in bits and pieces

Food was as always delicious. Portions felt significantly smaller compared to our previous visit with the same group size. We never knew when our food would be coming out. Found it difficult to flag a member of waitstaff down because they were so incredibly busy (no fault to them, they did amazing under pressure). Wanted to order dessert and was disappointed that I couldn't do it via my table's QR code and couldn't get a waiter/waitresses because of the above mentioned issue.

Great fast services and yummy food. Food was not prepared as well/carefully as another branch I have attended however this was the only flaw. Steam veg was cut very roughly in odd sizes and had way too much salt. The sauce for the beef carpaccio was only one 1-2 pieces, so not evenly distributed

When you go to a buffet type restaurant, you are paying for plenty of different kind of food you want to try. This time at the end of the visit we didnt even feel full as the little dishes were coming one by one every 10 minutes. So sitting in a buffet style restaurant with an empty table was a dissapointment. Then they lost half of our order, so we were waiting for a while, until we asked superbusy waiter where is our food. At the end my birthday girl was crying of all that terrrible experience and they gave us 4$ discount (we paid over$180).

Beautiful food as usual. The new ordering system is good but there are some teething problems. Several of our dishes did not arrive and we had to chase them up, as well as our drinks which didn’t arrive.. still happy though and will be back.

Upon arriving we only had one set of chopsticks and no glasses. We asked the staff if it would be possible to get a 2nd pair of chopsticks anf glasses, to which she replied harshly that they were in the dishwasher and we had to wait. Perfectly happy to wait, as understand the difficulties of hospitality, but was quite an abrupt response. Ordered the combination steak, but did not recieve it. After 20minutes past we ordered it again, but this did not arrive either. We requested help from the staff who apoligised and brought us the two platters, which we were very appreciative of. Later in our sitting we ordered the combination steak again. We did not recieve this order for a long time and once arrived it was only the miso steak not the combination.

The table was dirty and very sticky and my clothes stuck to the edge of the table Food was just ok and I find the ordering via phone very unusual and difficult as it was not expected and I did not take my glasses
