Food was great freezing with door opening all the time

The food was excellent 10 out of 10. Some of the waitress lack customer service, no greeting no smile on their face and did even bother to look at us just place the food any where and go. They don’t make us feel welcome. I will surely come again.

Very happy with the service. The chicken karaage was AMAZING. The sushi however was a bit dry, like it was in the fridge for ages instead of being fresh.

As usual the food was lovely if a little cool on arrival and it is very noisy our seat was next to the glass folding doors it was a chilly night so wind coming in under doors and joins we were fortunate to be able to move

Some of the Waitress look like they hate their job, didn't like what they were doing. Can understand if people are rude to them but we weren't. One girl was nice in the end. food & Value is great.

Good food as always. Occasionally, I’d like to see one or two new items added to the menu for variety, but the food is always great. Corkage fee a tad high when bringing in a bottle of wine. Wait staff are attentive when restaurant is not full, can be a little slower when restaurant is at capacity.

Service to order food a little bit slow but once we ordered the food cane out real fast

My partner and I have been to an okami restaurant before and it was amazing. But we decided to try the one local to us. Safe to say it was disappointing. We ordered all our entrees and half an hour later we were still waiting for 2 dishes. There we tables around us with more than 4 people that were getting served the same dishes that we had ordered. This happened 3 times. There was only one waitress, who was the third one I spoke to, who actually helped and offered us free drinks. Apologising for the error. Very disappointed, but credit to that one staff member who helped us and was very apologetic. We won't be going back to the Cranbourne franchise
