Food was fast and great amounts for the price however one of our orders never came. Very loud, seated by the door however staff were quick to close it when others didnt.

Always a great night with friendly staff and excellent food

Food is fresh and cooked well. When ordering it did not take long for the food to be on the table and nice and hot. The only down side was very noisy the sound seemed to bounce from the floor. Have been to Frankston, and Narre warren Okami’s and like Cranbourne the best for layout and best Service.

This is the second time I've been to Okami. Previously went to Frankston store. Much preferred Cranbourne. Atmosphere and service is much better. Staff very accommodating. Moved us to a warmer table. We didn't get one of our orders. Overall liked the place. Will definitely be back.

We were really disappointed. There was a long wait for food that we ordered. The staff would constantly ask what we were waiting for. When our dishes did come they were half the size they used to be.

Delicious good quality food, fast service and very reasonably priced. You order off the menu and before you know it it’s at the table. It was my husbands birthday so they dimmed the lights and surprised him with a big ice cream sunday and a lit party sparkle. The staff were so friendly we will definitely be back.
