Okami - Cranbourne

This was my second time going to Cranbourne Okami and safe to say it was even better than the first! We tried many new dishes. The food is spectacular and can not recommend more!

They forgot our order twice serving others that came in after us first some of the the dishes were luke warm not the best night out

The food was amazing!! Can not recommend Okami Cranbourne more! Every mouthful was delicious and you can definitely way as much as you want with the all you can eat. It is nothing like normal buffet all you can eat. The waiters come to you and you can order off the menu just as you would normally. The only problem I had was some dishes of other tables never arrived and even one for my table never came and the another dish was sent to the wrong table which was next to us. The lady next to me had to ask if it was ours and hand it over to me. But overall great experience!

Food was very nice, however we had to keep asking for our orders and reorder a few things as they never showed up. Also asked for a vodka, lemon, lime and bitters but got told they could not add vodka. Didnt think it would be that difficult to make a mixed drink like that.

Food was excellent - enjoyed the setting and the staff were attentive. Had visited another Okami restaurant previously and did not have as good a food appearance

Definitely going back again. The staffs were so nice and polite, the food was AMAZING and came out fast. The restaurant was clean and the area had lots of parking and nice. Thank you for my first Japanese all you can eat experience 😊

Second visit there and I have to say they were really on their game now, teething problems on the first visit were not apparent at all this time. Service, quality and presentation were all great and staff were all professional and polite, great overall

We were eleven person there. We got our ordered food very fast. The food was so, so good f. The wait service was wonderful I will no doubt go back there.

Fabulous food! Quick and fast service and very tasty. Staff are super friendly can highly recommend Okami for a good and reasonably priced feed. Will be back!

Food is fantastic. Cooked fresh. Order as many dishes as you want front the menu. Portion sizes vary depending on the size of your group. No liquor licence yet so that’s a bit of a let down, but that’s only a real small complaint. Can get very warm in the restaurant with the sun beeming through the windows, so don’t wear warm clothes in the warmer months. Enjoyed our food and it was great value for money. Would definitely go again.

Enjoyed the food. Found it to be a little noisy ... but enjoyable Close to home. Tasty food and not too expensive. Maybe have the special deal next time

We enjoyed the experience but could tell it was still in its infant stages as service was much slower than other Okami's we have been to. Staff seemed a little confused still and it was very much under staffed. Food was excellent,fresh and hot and beautifully presented,however,quantities were smaller than other Okamis we have dined at. Not a word of criticism at all.staff were lovely,and after they iron out some teething issues it is sure to run like clockwork.

You need curtains on the windows as we were in the sun but the food was beautiful. You need to get a liquor licence too.

Great food good service just a shame they cram so many in and curtains would help the extremely bright sun coming straight in your face

Not enough staff on. was hard to get a wait staff to take our orders after our initial order. Sometimes our food was forgotten.. but delicious !!!!

Busy place but the service was good. Excellent value for money. The food was fresh and tasty. We enjoyed our night and will definitely return to sample dishes we were to fill to try.

you couldn't fault the food but the service was terrible. our orders were taken but a complete mix up some dishes didn't arrive and we inquired but then told the order didn't go through. this happened all night. not impressed. if the service doesn't improve they will lose a lot of customers. we were so looking forward to going for my husbands birthday and came away bitterly disappointed.

What a great night we had. Delicious food, warm and welcoming staff, and perfect location. The buffet was the best value for money. This will defiantly become a regular night out.

1st time customer and absolutely loved it. Took the kids and they enjoyed to. We only got entrees but plenty of them. I'll be back.

The food is delicious there’s no doubt there and fantastic value as well. But we did have to re order some dishes as we were given the wrong ones twice. I think they’ve only been open a few weeks so this might come down to staff learning the table numbers/layout better or dishes better over time.

Great service and food was very tasty and cooked fresh will definitely go back and the miso steak was phenomenal as was the beef carpaccio great value for the price

Food was freshly cooked, staff friendly, clean and tidy, lots of people eating, reasonably priced, has take away, will order take away next time, enjoyable

Great service requests were taken very quickly and so too food delivery to table. Pricing very reasonable. Not as popular yet as some of the other chain so not so loud.

Don't let the "all you can eat" tag fool you into thinking this is inferior buffet style - it isn't!!! You order each dish off the menu - can order as many as you like at once so there is something always being delivered to your table. Food is cooked fresh and great quality. Staff are very attentive and friendly without being in your face.
