Understaffed, chaotic. Poorly managed restaurant. Waited over an hour for our second dish and some never came. Lots of people having the same issue.

some ordered food is not coming for a buffet. not good

Ordered twice got 2 items of food waiting for almost 2 hours didn’t receive any of our dishes while everyone around us got served and still had to pay 100$ for food portions I could count on both hands!

ordering via QR codes made it easy. food was okay without being great.

THE MAIN ISSUE WAS NOT BEING ABLE TO USE OUR RESTAURANT DISCOUNT CARD ($50), WHICH IS THE SAME PROCEDURE AS EFTPOS, TO OFFSET THE COST AND PAY BALANCE WITH OUR DEBIT CARD BECAUSE THE STAFF SAID THAT THEY COULD NOT SPLIT THE BILL

the order took time due to crowded customer. we couldn't order much.

the room is spacious, however it is hard to catch staff to order.

What a fantastic restaurant. The food is fantastic and great pricing too. We had a wonderful time. Everyone was celebrating so it was happy noisy but we could still hear each other talk. Can't wait to come back!

Very under staffed. They did their best.It was New Year’s Eve. The food wasn’t hot which was disappointing. Cold food was good

great food as always. One of our favourite places to go.

It was a disappointing experience. It was assumed that we were there for the "all you can eat" meal but we wanted the a la carte menu. After taking time to make our selections, a waiter came to take our orders. He soon came back to say our selections were unavailable. We made different selections and were later told again that half of our choices were also unavailable. The a la carte menu was very limited as there were other items which were marked as unavailable aside from those that were unavailable but umarked. We had two waiters and neither appeared to know what was available. The food quality was unremarkable. The noise level was intolerable as as couldn't make any audible conversations there. That was our first visit there and also our last.

WE would come back but would like to be able to split the bill please. It makes it so much easier for customers to pay fr what they ate. Cheers

Service was absolutely terrible. We had to ask for the simplest things like cutlery and bowls. They were slow, the QR code didn’t work then when it did it ordered 3 of everything. Won’t ever go back

Ok we get it! Hospitality is struggling… Hmm wonder why? We have dined here previously twice, good value, albeit service ordinary. Now you have to order everything by QR code, clunkiest, un-user friendly ever. Service non-existent, entree’s came with mains, to get a glass to serve our BYO wine took over an hour! Food took forever to arrive and not in the order they were ordered. Gave me time to have a good look at the restaurant; upon arrival grass knee height, gardens unmaintained, leaves piled up at entrance, curtains taped to windows, overall feeling of yuk. Bill provided & yes very quick to charge corkage of $12 each of the wine bottles we bring, but no glasses? please refer above. Won’t be back!

It was fast at the start and then missing quite a few dishes near the end. Quite a few vegetarian options that could be accommodated but same as most. i hope there more tofu options like vegetarian noodles or soup based

Service was very slow. Not friendly staff and not enough staff

Just so so. They did not grant our request to have a table near the cherry blossom area as we are celebrating Father's day, even after I reiterated it upon arrival about our table request, but to no consideration at all. Also they served wagyu beef which was not newly prepared, it looked like it was aleeady been served to and touched by other cistomers as it has a few mixed grains of rice on it. It was disgusting. It's very hard to order sashimi as it has to be always with the whole set combination with sushi rolls which there is only 4 tiny slices of sashimi per set adn a lot of sushi rolls. Same as prawn tempura, cannot order solo prawn tempura as it has to always come in combonation set woth vegetable tempura. Very wrong and awful strategy of Okami to make customers not be able to consume much of what customers juts want to eat. And so on.

No waiting, quick, waiter very obliging and helpful in explaining how to order, food was delicious
