Dishes are delivered fast and neat, food are fresh and delicious. Service was great. We come again

Service was excellent at the start and the food we ordered came quickly. As more tables began to be served it slowed down a bit but that was to be expected. Glad to see the food quality hasn't gone down since our last visit. The family was happy and we'll definitely come again.

we got there 10 minutes early but had to wait till they opened. Food was greasy and didn't taste the best. had better experience at other locations.

Great for casual get togethers with family or friends. Staff are really busy so you need to be patient. Menu choices are fantastic and food is good. Pretty noisy but tables are well-spaced.

Good atmosphere, not too long of a wait, clean. Just a bit too crowded with spacing with other tables but otherwise everything else was good. More dessert options would be good too!

This was our first visit to Okami and we were not quite sure what to expect but the "all you can eat" menu provided great value and promise. Straight away the staff were very helpful and happy to assist with our request to move from the main dining area to a booth. We ordered a good range of dishes - mix and match for entrees and main course, which was good as they did not come out in any set order. Everything was fresh and tasty, next time we will have a better of what to order based on our favourites. Did it rank on our scale of best Japanese food? No, but it was a perfect setting for a Sunday family lunch and we will definitely be back again.

Service was ok we ordered entrees and mains all at once.Alot of the food we ordered was never bought out.Its was very busy and didnt have enough staff.Apart from that the food was really good .

The rice to sushi was cold and hard. A few of dishes.we ordered never came out One waitress was very cold. If we asked a question she showed no interest in anwersing. We were not told when the last dissh would be ordered However overall the food was nice and value for money

Mostly good but when one menu item took 45 min to arrive for my 11 YO son after asking 5 waiters and no one would give an explanation as to why the delay , it’s not acceptable. All they had to say is they had none ready or it would take 30 or 40 or whatever to prepare but instead people said they would check and then silence

Really happy with the food and service. Card surcharge and inability to split bills is annoying - I would prefer to pay more for the all you can eat if the charge was included.

Best value restaurant with excellent high quality food, definitely my favourite local restaurant. My only complaint is that it is a bit noisy due to hard floors and echoing but that's just a minor issue so don't let that put you off. The teriyaki steak is so tender, it has to be a high quality cut. Great staff as well! It also has a discount for seniors which makes it even better value if you are on a tight budget. Highly recommended.
