Good value, wasn’t too busy when we walked in, and seated. Food came out reasonably quick. I wish we had more room in our belly.

The service food & price is all great we will be back.

There was a bit of sushi that didn’t taste right and the staff were very frazzled (more then usual) as a result of a event that occurred which made us miss some of our food

All you can eat Japanese food is so good at Okami. Plenty of options for even the fussier eaters. As long as the service is quick, you will get your money's worth.

Restaurant was cold inside, app to order food didn’t work and had to constantly call the waiter to take our order. The food was fine however, we you’re are eating you don’t want to smell bleach. The staff seem to feel it was appropriate to clean the floors whilst people eat. Overall a less than average experience.

We were waiting quite awhile to order food and had to call over a waiter, who then had to go and find us a QR code to order. After that the food came really quickly and was absolutely delicious. Good value and really good quality food!

Food are all fresh. The service is very good. My daughter like it so much.

Huge delay with food being brought out to our table. We'll never return to this restaurant. We all went home hungry because we felt like they were playing games with us. We asked over and over again. We gave up after 2 hours. Disgusted.

Unfortunately lack of smiles and warm greetings. Staff eyeball you on entry and do nothing to greet or acknowledge you. They need to pay better attention to detail with cleaning. Cobwebs on the windows and dirty walls as well as food on the floor

Great variety of food , promptly seated, and good service

Clean environment. Staff friendly and attentive. Extensive menu choices. Mostly Japanese but also Chinese dishes. Shumai were mini dimsim. Chicken wings dish was combination of wingettes and drumettes but both were quite tasty. Food brought promptly. Will definitely go again.

The waiting staff were hard to get their attention to get them to our table to make orders. We were a table of 13 and they would bring out 2 small serves of what we ordered, not 3 serves as requested. We had to continually ask/remind them what we were waiting on. We constantly had no food at the table due to waiting for food to arrive and make further orders. We made multiple attempts to order large amounts of food, only to have a few small plates brought to the table. Then we would have to remind them about what we ordered. The food was amazing, however if they are going to claim “all you can eat” then they need to deliver that. We had zero wastage but were treated like we had no right to order what we wanted

Great value for money "All You Can Eat" Japanese. The Takoyaki balls, Miso / Teriyaki Beef cubes, Chicken Wings and Green Tea icecream was the tables favourite.

Lots of people so very noisy, Because there were so many people our orders often didn't arrive, we were also a large group so the waiters would put the food up the top end of the table so the rest of the table often missed out. For the amount of people the staff managed as best they could. food is always good, lots of options. I think it would make a difference if there were more serving staff on very busy nights. Not a place to go to enjoy conversation, very hard to hear, too much noise.

Food was good and made fresh. We did have to follow up for a few items because they were missed in the orders. Overall good experience for all you can eat.
