Incorrect orders (or not actually sending the order), slow service and needing to go to the counter multiple times to get things done. Not like most other franchises I’ve visited before

Absolutely astonishing how terrible our anniversary dinner was. We had to wait over an hour for our meal and it was so noisy I couldn't even hear my husband speaking to me.

food was really good, portions were small and kept needing to ask for more, they wouldn't bring more than one portion at a time but there were 5 of us.on the table

Been to Okami several times now and it never disappoints. Can be a bit full and difficult to get a reservation, so make sure you book in advance

Good location and nice atmosphere. A lot of food varieties. The food was tasty and fresh.

6pm booking, we were seated quickly and seen to not long after. Food was delicious and plenty of it. Some of the dishes could have been hotter and it was very loud but overall we enjoyed our first Okami experience.

Valuable restaurant with good price. Definitely go back if the time is available
