Service and food quality 5 stars. Staff pleasant and attentive as always

I tried to advise we needed two more seats but the app wouldn’t let us. When we got there we were a bit crampy.

Good food and good options to choose from for all you can eat

Food was delicious, price was great, but the service was ordinary. It was difficult to get wait staffs attention to order extra food. It is a good way for the restaurant to limit the amount of food you eat.

Excellent service every time, food comes out hot and fresh. Sometimes there's lots of people but everybody seemed to be served quickly. Very happy, will always come back to this Okami.

Excellent Japanese food at a great price and good service

I used to love going to Okami because of its affordability yet great food quality, but just recently, together with its price increase was also the decline in food quality + quantity per serve. Beef carpaccio used to be really delicate and fresh, but lately the beef texture has gone rough and “icy” (You have to wait for it to thaw). Seafood tempura has become just plain batter minus the prawn. Miso soup was further diluted to the point it tasted like water. Fortunately, the teriyaki steak remained the same. I hope Okami brings back the food quality it used to have because price increase is only acceptable if there’s been price increase on ingredients or if they’re wanting to improve food quality but not the other way around.

Great food, easy to get to , will go again

Been there twice, steak tataki was very good. Sushi and sashimi platter was good value for money.

Food was excellent, very enjoyable. Staff was very attentive. Meals didn’t take long to get to the table and drinks were even quicker. And empty plates were quickly collected.

Please put some plants or sound absorbing wood, cork, wall hangings or something to minimise the sounds of people talking bouncing around the resteraunt. It is difficult to enjoy the amazing food with the echo's of people talking in all the areas of the restraunt. From L.
