Food was absolutely delicious but staff were a bit slow

The food it's so good and generous (nice and proportional) not like year ago so stingy and too long for serve, at the moment become better and perfect. Keep exelent food and service 💐

It does not have many selections but worth the price.

Very slow for food to arrive. Had to keep asking for our order several times. One hot meat dish came out cold and not cooked in the middle. Tempura was oily and only 2 pieces of vege. A disappointing meal unfortunately. Won't be going to this store again. Hoppers Crossing is MUCH better and friendlier.

Unfortunately the service was not the same this time around, had to actually repeatedly call the staff over for service and sometimes more than one staff. Food was very slow to come out and not much attention was given! Good note was the food was beautiful as usual, compliments to the Chefs.🙏

Got our order wrong multiple times, took a long time to bring the food out and yet it was still cold each time. Quite a negative experience and it was my birthday dinner so i was quite disappointed.

This time around the staff were a lot quicker with the food and the service was better. Food was amazing as usual! Thank You OKAMI🙌

Last time we visitedy (a few years ago) we had such a lovely time we decided to return for a birthday dinner. It was a very different experience this time. The staff were not unfriendly, just indifferent. The food was good but lacking sauces. It was just… okay. Sadly I think it will be our last visit.

As always Okami is a great value lunch/dinner option with no shortage of choices to satisfy. Why pay double the price at other places when you can eat twice as much for half the price? :)

Fantastic, as always! Okami is one of my favourite restaurants, I love the variety of dishes and the staff are always friendly at the the Footscray location.

Food quality and variety is always great. As it got busy the food wait time was longer but initially was quite good. Always our "go to" for eating Japanese.
