Okami is a great place to visit if you love authentic Japanese food. The service is great and booking a table was easy

The food amazing Service amazing The only thing was the restaurant was so cold 🥶

All the hot food dishes were all cold. The rest was passable. Not as I recalled from previous visits. Plus the Billing was very confusing could not pay your own order only the complete table.

Food was amazing and service is great. It's just so crammed and noisy that makes it difficult. We couldn't talk and hear each other, and that ruins what could be an awesome experience.

This is supposedly an all you can eat restaurant and you order through a QR code but they can choose weather or not you get your food or not or weather to say you have received your food when you actually haven’t. It’s actually frustrating sitting down and waiting so long between the orders for the food to arrive I ended up just leaving after an hour and a half frustrated because I was still hungry waiting for bloody food ALL YOU CAN EAT what a joke ALL YOU CAN WAIT more like absolutely

The food was great and came out in a timely manner

Seated us as soon as we walked in. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Easy ordering of our food. Swift delivery of each course.

It was great over all but when we sat down to scan and order we were given an expired bar code making us unable to order food until we had someone give us a new bar code On-top of that we were given an extra 6 ice creams in which we didn't order

I love the ordering on phone seemed to make the whole process much quicker. Had one issue that was easily resolved with a staff member. My parents however did state that they probably couldn't come here without us though due to having to order via QR code

It was good enjoyed the food. Only issue was ordered some of our food which took forever to come to table we ordered gyoza and waited over 1/2 hour asked different waiting staff about it. We left and still never received them!!!! One of the wait staff didn’t seem to know the tables and was always going to put food on tables to be told they didn’t order them. Maybe that’s where our gyoza went to another table. Highlights for me the chicken curry, eggplant salad and miso beef.

Drinks took a lil longer than expected, just the wines to come out. Food was delicious. it’ll be nice to see in the app what you’ve ordered , just so you know what you’re waiting on to come out. Service was really good and staff friendly. Great value for money. A few more desert options will be good but thats just being a lil picky

New QR code ordering seems to have streamlined the kitchen and made ordering and the output of fresh food an easier and more enjoyable addition. Great service and staff.

Can take a little while for the food to come out at bust times, would order a few dishes at once

There was a little issue with the QR ordering system but the staff fixed it quickly. Food was pretty good and we had a great time.

A lovely date night for my husband and I, he lives an all you can eat as he always leaves happy. The beef carpaccio is my favourite!
