Okami - Frankston

Loved the variety of food. Our order was taken quickly and the food arrived quickly. The staff were very efficient and friendly

Great quality food but was hardly any service when we went. Had a booking at 6pm and service was pretty great for the first 45 minutes, but had nobody come up to us for the last hour of our booking so we couldn't order any more food. Not the staff members' fault they looked understaffed, but then we were asked to leave as we finished our 2 hour slot. One man was great and offered to take our drinks off the bill and let us order more food, but we were there for over 3 hours in the end :(

The food was very good and you didn't have to wait long for service.

We enjoyed our visit to Okami Franskton. The food and service were lovely, this is our third visit and look forward to dining here again.

Not too busy on the night we went, but the food was still great and delivered to the table very quickly.. It doesn't seem to matter, busy or not, the service is always the same. Very efficient and really friendly.. Love the food. Could eat like this every night!

All courses came out at once but we waited too long for sweets. The waitress seemed to do everything else but take our sweets order.

Only criticism would be the restaurant was not full, but customers were seated close together in the same area instead of being spread out. There were a couple of large groups who were quite noisy, which made it hard to have/ hear our own conversations. The table service and food was very good.

Always a great meal - food is so fresh and quick to come out! Tried the Yuzu Sake for the first time tonight...it was lovely. Highly recommend 🥂

It was just my mum and myself celebrating her birthday, but I would definitely love to go to the restaurant again, however even I found that the noise was a bit loud.

Delicious food and fantastic service. Food is brought out promptly upon ordering, attentive and friendly wait staff. Garlic vegetables and fried rice are personal favourites!

Food was lovely, they won’t split bills and charge extra $5.00 if you have not eaten all the food. This is disappointing.

The main thing that I didn't like is that we felt we were being pushed out. Our ice cream was brought to our table the same time we were eating our hot meals, so I had to send it back to the fridge. Our entire time there was barely over an hour.

It was a great experience. Just need to be a bit more quick on the drink delivery as I had received food before the drinks but that was the only minor issue. Everything else was good

Food was good although serving size changes based on the guests which just means you have to order more of what you like. Service can be a bit slow. Tables Re too close together for my liking.
