It was a great experience. Just need to be a bit more quick on the drink delivery as I had received food before the drinks but that was the only minor issue. Everything else was good

Food was good although serving size changes based on the guests which just means you have to order more of what you like. Service can be a bit slow. Tables Re too close together for my liking.

Love everything about the Frankston store. Everything except the fact they don't split bills:( The food is always amazing!

The one and only really downside of Okami Frankston is the wait for drinks. On our past 3 visits we have been served our first round of meals and finished before our drinks turn up. Luckily there is water on the table but,the reason we ordered our drinks first was because we wanted them with our food. I had to ask twice for my lemon squash and it turned up as we were finishing up. Big let down. Yes,it's noisy but that's acceptable for the style of restaurant. So not so much of an issue

Wait staff were friendly food was mostly got only 2 dishes came out Luke warm It wasn’t very good when the lights were turned off to sing happy birthday, they should be left on for respect to other dinners. Was not impressed with lights turning off and trying to eat.

I find Frankston the noisiest of all Okami restaurants visited. It’s an open room very crowded with no barriers. Food was good as usual but can’t hear any guests at the table.

We always come here Monthly, this time we will try Chelsea heights. Frankston service has really gone down hill, lots of dishes didn’t turn up at the table, the dishes seemed rushed and not as big as they used to be

The staff were checking regularly on us and the food was coming out fast and hot, always very yummm.

Yummy, fast, fresh Japanese food. Plenty of choice for dishes. You must go hungry!

A group of 6, early sitting. We arrived at 5.05. It’s 5.30 before a waiter attended our table. In a limited time (first sitting) we we had to be out by 7, we lost 30mins before we could order anything. Table delivery very patchy. Very noisy venue, on this occasion made worse by next table of 3-4 yelling & squealing children.

Food wa amazing and service wwas great. We didn't have to wait long for the food or drinks. The atmoshpere was fun and friendly. The only negative was it was too noisy so couldn't talk with our friends.

It is quite loud but was expecting it. Lovely food, not a long wait time and was asked several times if we wanted to order anything more so they definately were not trying to be stingy.

The waitresses are friendly and prompt with taking orders . Food is fairly quick to be served and is always fresh tasty and perfect temperature . Drinks take a little longer to get. The restaurant can get a little noisy, but that’s to be expected given there’s always a crowd . Having been to a cpl of other locations, however this is the one we love going to. Highly recommend

Top quality as usual, tried a few new dishes the Ika Spicy Miso Yaki squid and Udon, beautiful. One thing I think we need is a small bowl of water when eating the cooked prawns if we want to devein them, just to rinse them, they were lovely and sweet.
