Okami - Frankston

Not too busy on the night we went, but the food was still great and delivered to the table very quickly.. It doesn't seem to matter, busy or not, the service is always the same. Very efficient and really friendly.. Love the food. Could eat like this every night!

All courses came out at once but we waited too long for sweets. The waitress seemed to do everything else but take our sweets order.

Only criticism would be the restaurant was not full, but customers were seated close together in the same area instead of being spread out. There were a couple of large groups who were quite noisy, which made it hard to have/ hear our own conversations. The table service and food was very good.

Always a great meal - food is so fresh and quick to come out! Tried the Yuzu Sake for the first time tonight...it was lovely. Highly recommend 🥂

It was just my mum and myself celebrating her birthday, but I would definitely love to go to the restaurant again, however even I found that the noise was a bit loud.

Delicious food and fantastic service. Food is brought out promptly upon ordering, attentive and friendly wait staff. Garlic vegetables and fried rice are personal favourites!

As always the food was delicious. Service was much quicker and the serves were good sizes and could be tailored for smaller serves if you asked.

The main thing that I didn't like is that we felt we were being pushed out. Our ice cream was brought to our table the same time we were eating our hot meals, so I had to send it back to the fridge. Our entire time there was barely over an hour.

It was a great experience. Just need to be a bit more quick on the drink delivery as I had received food before the drinks but that was the only minor issue. Everything else was good

Food was good although serving size changes based on the guests which just means you have to order more of what you like. Service can be a bit slow. Tables Re too close together for my liking.

The one and only really downside of Okami Frankston is the wait for drinks. On our past 3 visits we have been served our first round of meals and finished before our drinks turn up. Luckily there is water on the table but,the reason we ordered our drinks first was because we wanted them with our food. I had to ask twice for my lemon squash and it turned up as we were finishing up. Big let down. Yes,it's noisy but that's acceptable for the style of restaurant. So not so much of an issue

Wait staff were friendly food was mostly got only 2 dishes came out Luke warm It wasn’t very good when the lights were turned off to sing happy birthday, they should be left on for respect to other dinners. Was not impressed with lights turning off and trying to eat.
