Great venue , food and service. But having to pay cash and not being allowed to use eftpos facilities to pay for meal is aggravating 😶

Vibrant atmosphere. Staff friendly and food good. Quick service. Price/value excellent. Does get busy so need to book. Can be noisy but that adds to the vibe.

Restaurant was clean and tidy. Great Customer service. Food was amazing and you didn’t have to wait long for your order. Will definitely go back and dine again.

Service was amazing and the food was incredibly fresh. I really didn't know what to expect but it exceeded my expectations. Well done and I will definitely return.

So good we returned. Delicious as usual and good value. Only annoyance was we could see our dessert sitting on the counter for a good 6 mins before I had to ask one of 4 waitresses blatantly ignoring it to bring it over. Would still return again.

1) Food doesn't come in order you order it 2) When requested to have mains and rice brought out together - it didnt happen 3) Unfriendly staff taking orders 4) Ordered 4 soft drinks, they didnt even come out all together 5) Was hit in the head twice by waitress carrying tray tables 6) Too loud and crowded This has been our 3rd time there. Food is great, but service and delivery of the food has always really lacked. Even when mentioned to staff members, that shrug their shoulder and don't know, or don't care. This is a great business model and idea, and very popular, however some very fine tuning is required for the reputation of the company to sustain - and the word is slowly getting around the local community about these issues.

Their fried rice is really good and the later booking is definitely better

Restaurant was great. Booked that day online and receive an sms with information and asking if I needed any special requests. Which I did need a high chair and pram space. Which was already for us when we went to our booking. The restaurant even had coloured plastic cutlery, bowl and cup for my son. Which I would of never expected they definitely gave us a bonus for the night. The food was outstanding, quick and hot. They really care for their products. We will certainly be dining here again. Can not recommend them enough Certainly recommend booking a table as it was full 10 minutes after opening.

Nice evening and the food was good as usual service was ok however it was very busy last night which in turn made us wait quite some time for our dishes.

Always a great experience dining here, always busy, has a wide range of choices with fresh and plentiful dishes, friendly efficient service, throughly recomended, well worth a visit.

Great food, great staff, great atmosphere! Absolutely love this place! I went on Monday and am going again on Friday! Can be a little loud on the busier nights. All in all, never had a bad experience!

We love eating here! Great variety of fresh meat/seafood and vegetarian options, they serve to size so you can try as many dishes as you please - but still no liquor licence which is a pain!

Some great traditional dishes done quite well considering it’s all you can eat. Busy and sometimes hard to get the attention of staff who are kept very busy.

This is a really good restaurant. The staff are just so friendly and helpful. And the food is very tasty. Highly recommended for a family night out. We will definitely be back again in the future!

Waiter needs to introduce themselves as the waiter for the table. Waiter should regularly ask for orders required. Had to chase waitress for orders and meals. Lovely food.

Very good. Heaps of variety and value for money. The staff are lousey but there enough of them to get their attention. There’s enough standard Australian food with a japaneae twist to support all tastes.

Very noisy but food came out quick. Don't arrive early as your table wont be ready. We had to ask for our chopsticks and water after the food came out.

When leaving my mobile number no one seems to call back. Find this very frustration. Lucky they could accommodate us with extra person on our arrival.

Food is great but it takes so long to come out and it all the dishes come out separately which is annoying when you want to have your rice with the main meal. They also dont bring it out in the order you asked for it,

Lovely food. But we had to keep asking for our meals cause they didnt come. Had to reorder the same food three times to we got it. And they kept trying to put food on our table that we didn't order instead of what we ordered. But apart from that I enjoyed the food.

Good value but a little unorganised sand lengthy delays for food at different points in the night. Perhaps a prepared buffet would work a little more efficiently

Great food, Great environment. Only thing annoying is when it gets full, the food service slows down and wait times increase. You best order a whole table load at one time.

One of our friends had to split their bill due to not having enough on the one card, and they refused to let us use two cards!!!! They would not let us leave. Management need an overhaul! It’s the 21st century... get with it! Would definitely not recommend to friends or family.
