Food and service were wonderful. Staff were well mannered and attentive. Overall an enjoyable experience for me and my friends and are looking forward to the next time going there.

The service was good. The restaurant was really bisy however the staff was able to compesate with the situation. Food was average but fair for the price we paid for.

Food was very nice and quick in ordering and delivering all dishes. Enjoyed being able to take our own wine and will visit again great night out.

Food is good mostly and great value, arrived fast with polite staff. Squid was a like chewing plastic so I wouldn't order that again. Not licensed this should be in big bold, writing clear before booking. They had wine lists on the table and when we tried to order drinks they said they don't serve were alcohol. Then why are you putting an alcoholic drinks menu on the table???? They are byo but as we had no idea where to get alcohol and had already been seated. Atmosphere is noisy and family but hey it is all you can eat. A dress code wouldn't go astray casual is fine, but track pants arr a bit too casual for dinner.

Amazing service and food as always! Didn’t even complain when my father knocked soy sauce every where and the kids made a mess! This restaurant definitely makes it easy to go out with a young family

Throughly enjoyed the experience. Normally I am not a great fan of Japanese cuisine , but I found the food here was very nice and had plenty that I was able to eat. The price is very fair, the service could have been a little faster but having said that, for a Thursday night the restaurant was full, maybe there could have been a couple of extra staff on. It was very noisy, so having a catch up chat was not so easy between 6 of us, but we all really enjoyed the food.

Great food. It was a bit loud and hard to hear in a big group. It took a long time to get food for the kids but everything else was great.

Amazing food and great service. The dishes kept coming at a steady and fast pace throughout the evening. Cannot recommend highly enough! Hands down, one of the best Japanese places around.

Good value for money. Service is very fast and food is delicious. Small serves but you can order as much as you want. Will be returning.

Gyoza was undercooked and oily, sushi rice was dry, batter fell off tempura, but overall the meal and service were good. Uneven seating not good.

Okami is absolutely amazing every single time I come here, I also love the way they make a birthday extra special by turning the lights off when bringing out a cake.. definitely made my mums night!

We went for a 5:30 sitting ordered got our food maybe at 6:00 and drinks a little before except for one, it took another 30/40 minutes to discover they were out of that drink. We ordered mains once first meals arrived and our last meal didn’t come out until 8, we had 3 people waiting on meals for 2+ not only that but they bought out two katsu chickens earlier and two later for other people and the sauce was completely different and really disgusting. Overall the food (except two katsu chickens) was really good and the service was quite poor (table next to us waited an hour for 3 serves of ice cream wich is one scoop each),, but to be fair it did seem busy. (Also no liquor license so BYO alcohol)

Amazing friendly staff, service was so quick and prompt! I can’t explain the food... it was so amazing I would never go anywhere else for Japanese! You will never be left dissapointed!!

Food ordering not as organised as other Okami restaurants. Food came out slow and out of order; staggered with what other tables near by had ordered. Sometimes dishes were forgotten and we would ask again and then 2 or 3 serves would come. We couldn’t keep track of what we had ordered and neither could staff. The quality of food was good.

It was okay, despite most fried food were in the oily side. Looks like they use a lot of frozen ingredient. Not sure if I’ll go back.

Food is brilliant, just the noise levels need to be dealt with. Definitely value for money, with a wide choice of menu items for all you can eat.

The only thing we could fault was that the restaurant is rather loud (and was not a full house), but we would definately return in the future.

Food was fabulous, service was very fast and staff was great always coming up to see if we wanted to order more, it is BYO alcohol so no complaints there, BUT it was soooooo noisy we could not have a conversation between 4 of us, so food 👌staff 👏 ambience 😢 I have a booking for 15 at Christmas which I going to cancel entirely due to the noise problem 😡

Good time in okami! We always get there to celebrate our special day! It has a lot choices for eating and tasty food! The staffs are always friendly.

It was awesome as usual, food was hot and servers were helpful and patient. As busy as they were, they still had a smile when they came over. The only down side was waiting an hour for my prawns to arrive, everything else came in minutes.

Pleasant decor, prompt friendly service, and the food was tasty and beautifully presented. The menu was comprehensive and easily provided for everyone’s tastes at our table. Overall, great value and a good night out.

Service was excellent, with the dishes arriving quite quickly after ordering and continuing to arrive in due course. We enjoyed the delicate flavour of some dishes, the various techniques of cooking and the overall appearance of the dishes. We tried dishes we hadn't had before as well as some more well known. One dish we didn't like very much but that was probably more due to our palates than anything being wrong with the food. Overall, the food was excellent, the ambiance was lively and the company terrific. Our guests were impressed and we were delighted to introduce them to Okami.

Absolutely great food from genuine Japenese staff. Quick, great service, Not sure how they do this so well with all tables full so get there whilst it is happening!!

Fast, friendly service. Good quality food, very fresh. I would recommend ordering three to four items at a time as they seem to cook the food in rounds, so will guarantee you always have something on your table. They don’t provide wine etc, even though you are given a drinks list with wine on it? You can b.y.o at $5 per bottle. Arrive 10-15min after the start of your sitting, or else you have to line up out the front with 100+ people

Very busy restaurant, seated quickly and explained how the ordering works. Very good food all round, high quality Japanese made fresh with the standouts being the miso steak, the prawn Gyozo and the takoyaki.

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality and freshness of the food presented to us. One imagines an “ all you can eat “ restaurant, the food sitting in platters for hours, but instead ,the short wait between orders meant a fresh presentation of food selected.

We always love it here at Okami! Food is amazing! Staff are friendly but sometimes a bit slow.
