The food was fantastic and great value for money. There was a cold draft into the room whenever the door was opened. We also need more than one serve of their delicious green tea ice cream and green tea daifuku. Would recommend Okami.

Too few staff for all the people who were there. Our order got lost so delayed 40 minutes so we had to race to finish within the allotted time frame

We left after half an hour without ordering. We were not acknowledged the whole time we were there the restaurant was a quarter full and we still didn’t see a waiter! It was disgraceful service.....I guess you can’t really call it service because it was non existent! We walked past 3 staff when we were leaving and each one of them looked at us and just looked away! Then after we left someone from the kitchen had the nerve to come out and stare at us whilst they cleared our table! Have been here prior and loved the food but won’t be back after this rude experience
