The ordering concept through the app was excellent though it would have been nice if the waiting staff had briefed us on how the ordering system works prior to ordering. We were allocated a table in the corner area of the restaurant near noisy families dining. The ambience was not relaxing, and we eventually couldn't wait to leave. Overall, the food was good though wait times between servings was far too long. We would have appreciated if some of our orders came out in groups of 3 or more. Overall, the concept is good though some refining of the dining experience would help.

We have been here a few times and has always been good. The food service was a little slower on this occasion but the food is always good. Great atmosphere and always busy.

The decor was pleasant and the service was promot and courteous. We were told that we had been given a Seniors' discount that we didn't even know was available. The food was fresh and the steak dishes were yummy. Highly recommend Okami...

Unfortunately we had orders go missing, food items coming an hour after we ordered, someone on our table ordered 4 things and only one showed up with a reasoning of oh sorry we don’t have that order when we asked, then proceeded to push us to order desert when we were still getting food (which was ordered over an hour prior) and eating

The food was amazing and the service was friendly. We had the all you can eat menu and it didn’t disappoint. The serving size for each plate was right for 2 people. The menu and ordering system was easy to use. Overall an amazing experience!

Based on previous experience this was a disappointing meal . The online ordering does not work for a larger group. The portions have shrunk. Some items ordered did not arrive. Special orders (dietary restrictions) were delivered to the end of the table rather than the person who ordered it. However our waiter was very helpful, particularly with checking ingredients in the food.

Our dinner turned out ok in the end - but was an issue with the ordering system and we didn’t get what we ordered for the first hour. Everyone else was getting their’s but our table was missed - was very frustrating and multiple attempts to ask for assistance didn't appear to make any difference till a very nice waitress helped out and re ordered our food. We were given extra time. Was our 4th visit with no issues prior

We sat down and waited 30 minutes for our first set of orders to come out. We never received a few of our fresh orders sushi and salads on our second set even after asking a staff member. We sat for 2 hours in total and ended up leaving without a few of our dishes. It has never happened here before, usually the food comes out so quickly. Very disappointing experience.

I've eaten at okami's a number of times. The service at last nights meal was appalling compared to any other vist. It was slow throughout the night until the last 10 or so minutes and then it was abnormally rushed.

excellent service from all staff and really great tasting food

Highly recommend for people with allergies. On arrival the staff had left a handwritten note of dishes I could order. I sincerely appreciated this, and this allowed me to enjoy the experience with my family. Thank you to the staff it was wonderful.
