Food was great, some of the food we ordered came 20 minutes after ordering and we already eaten dessert thinking that it wasn't coming. Should be able to order more than one dessert per person.

everything great, food, service, cost etc three items that could be improved, Chairs not very comfortable, space between tables, and noise when restaurant busy.

Had a great time here again like we always do. They've now moved to a QR code ordering system which I think is much better, having done this the portions they give you are a bit smaller but it's so easy to just order more now that it makes sense. Previously you'd have to get the attention of a waiter and sometimes there was miscommunication etc. but now there's none of that and the food comes out very fresh and delicious!

Busy and very tight. But AMAZING food. Ordered two rounds and food and in the second round they forgot something. They then proceeded to take over 30 mins to get the last item. It was bought out AFTER dessert so it obviously wasn’t eaten but just annoying to have to ask three different people to see if it was coming! But amazing idea of a restaurant, amazing food and love the buffet style! Always come here for double dates and will continue to bring friends and family here

We arrived at 5 45pm and were not served our foid until 6.30pm. We were then expected to rush our dinner so we could be out the door by 7pm. Unfortunately, we did not have a chance to enjoy our meal as we had to eat very quickly. Also, we were four people at the table and 3 of us received our drinks and the fourth person had to wait quite a bit of time for a glass of wine.

Thanks the 2 young men who advice on the dishesat lunch, had our final prawns X4 before we left, absolutely filled till the next morning.

When we order 1 dish 2 would be given. Not a friendly environment I won't be coming back here

Everything was great however they forgot a beer and I had to ask again after about 10 minutes but it's all good I just love a good beer with some good food :D

Food was good, service was unsatisfactory. We had to request items that they missed cooking, which seems to then have been cooked after other diners orders instead of being made priority. One main meal was served 45 mins later. Very disappointed and to make things worse it was his birthday and he ate after we had all finished eating ☹️

as always Okami Geelong delivers great food and excellent service. We also loved the new way of ordering, via QR codes, it made it so much easier to order, instead of having to yell over the noise of the other dinners, and meant that the staff could focus of just getting to food out to the dinners quickly.

Fabulous. We'll be back. And I'll bring other groups of friends!

The drinks were a bit slow coming out. We had to courses before we received them. Other than that the service was good considering the restaurant was at capacity. Could not fault the food it was amazing 😋

Didn’t like QR code ordering …. Menu was much smaller than usual. I know times are tough, but I don’t think we’ll be going back in a hurry!!

Smorgas board was excellent and didnt have to wait long between each meal and staff freindly will go again
