Second time at Okami loved it as much as the first nine of us our children and friends couldn’t eat any more but wasn’t a heavy yuk feeling fresh fast not so fast on the fresh prawns but when we got them they were delicious staff so friendly and willing to help have spread the word to everyone even on face book Thankyou and see you soon Chris Cole cannons creek

Super impressed. Fast, cheap and yum. I hope they get a liquor licence ASAP. Drinks service was a little slow. Book. They were booked out so glad we did

I have never been there before so asked the waitress to explain the way it works. She said...it is a buffet....I had to ask her several times before I found you can oder a couple of dishes to start with and then order more later. I didn't feel there was enough to choose from on the menu as I don't like seafood and was accompanying my husband who likes seafood. There is very very little to choose from in the way of dessert. 3 different types of icecream....and you can't come back for seconds. Very small helpings. Also a tiny cake....again you can't have two. I wouldnt recommend it. I think it is expensive particularly if you don't like seafood. I won't go back there again.

We loved the food and the atmosphere and the food was quick to be delivered in the first hour. However after that initial hour our orders were forgotten, took a long time to arrive and we were even give the wrong orders. We face a similar problem in Frankston where it is always hard to get a waiter/waitress to look at us to take our next orders. I’d love to see Okami delegate their staff better and maybe even have waiters look after certain tables to maximise the best service. Otherwise we are always happy with eating here! We love Okami.

At least 4 dishes we ordered never came, and it was hard to get the waiters attention. Otherwise the food was lovely. When we went to pay I had mostly cash then some on my card but they said no slit bills.. that’s not splitting bills that’s trying to pay....

Was not the best customer service staff were rude and I was charged extra for a drink when I shouldn't have been I would not recommend.

Very busy place Saturday night.service was very good once we started getting served. Great food to be recommended to anyone.we will certainly go again and again
