Lovely food, nicely cooked and presented. Not comfortable with black water glasses - hard to see how much water is poured in especially when pouring it in other's glasses. Good hospitality and will return!

Mostly a good evening. Often got the meals incorrect but all in all, very good.

Great concept. Food is made fresh and you can order much as you like. We went on a Thursday and the service was top notch. Kim was friendly and efficient. She also recommended the food we did not know about.

All good, food was and is good, waiters sorted out a table so we could fit a pran 😀

The first time we went it was great, but the second time was a letdown. I think it depends on who the waiters are and not how busy it is. The first time it was a weekend and it was packed and yet the service was great. I am really dissapointed about going on a weekday afternoon with a 60% capacity restaurant and getting slow service, tables not cleared promptly, they stopped coming to our table, and didn’t bring more water. Thanks, but we won’t be coming back for a while.

we love this place great value, kids are bit exp though.

We went for my Step daughter's birthday, she is vegetarian so we needed somewhere that catered for everyone, including my 7 year old. Everyone loved the food!!! Food was fresh and delicious and fast. Highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely be going again!!

I love their beef carpaccio, both their miso and teriyaki steak, juicy and tender. Staff were friendly and quick with service. Definitely be back soon👍🏼👏🏻

Good food. Chilled atmosphere, little busy and a little bit slow but there was new staff on tonight

Loved the food but service was slow at our table we had to ask 3x for our sashimi platters. And go and chase up other orders. The table next to us was getting non stop service. It was noisy and I feel they need to organise themselves a bit more. Paying as you enter would be a better idea instead of in the middle of service. I would go again as we love Japanese food but would try a different store.

I really enjoyed the freshly cooked food. It was a bit slow coming out and then it was final order. We suddenly got lots of dishes and had our fill. Next time I’ll order more at a time earlier. The downside was the noise level as the dining area was quite crowded. They did a great job getting to everyone. I’m looking forward to an opportunity to return and dine again.

The service was terrific, very friendly staff and we didn't have to wait very long each time we wanted service. Food is great and we highly recommend Okami :)

Beautiful service, even more amazing food, and definitely worth the money. Only sad thing is that there’s a time limit but even then you still have plenty of time to eat to your heart’s content

The food was great. Apart from the squid balls, has only 1 small tiny piece of tentical square the size of my fingernail. Don’t get the balls. Wouldn’t suggest to order that or the spiced squid piece... chewy and dry. Other than that food was great. Service was great, except for ordering 3 dishes at the end and waiting 15 mins when we checked how long it would be, that actually hadn’t put the order through. But got quick after they redid it. Great little place. Would definitely go again.

Easily booked online, very friendly service with great food. Staff remember who you are and always make you feel welcome. Reasonably priced so good value for money

Great experience. Good food. The waiters and waitresses were very attentive. We don't know anyone who has come away from here still hungry. Good value.

Love it. the food is A1 excellent. The service is excellent also. The noise factor could be improved as it is very hard to hear when talking to your guests. The divisions between large tables could be more sound acoustic,also the ceilings to absorb the noise factor. but 10/10 for all the rest.

The customer service was really poor for some of the waiters. It was no aircon on such a hot day. It wasn’t busy but we still didn’t get all of the orders. I won’t come back there. Sorry. Not good impression!!!

Nice Japanese all you can eat restaurant. Food are nuce and fresh. Good atmosphere but gets really loud and noisy when it's packed. Service was decent. Recommend to order as many as you can on your first or second round as it gets really busy and it might take a while to get the attention of the staff for your next order. But staff are very friendly.

We had a great time, food was great and service also. Definitely will be back. Even my three year old was finished all her meal.

The food was cold and we had to wait 20 min out the front before we could come in. Then when we did order the food was cold like it had been pre made and left there.

Great choice of food options and so tasty! Was very busy being Valentine’s day but they made it work and were still attentive to us!
