Okami - Narre Warren

Service was prompt, food was delicious, company was fabulous!! We were stuffed & rolled out the door for home...

We really enjoyed the food and the staff was very friendly. Not too pricey. Highly recommend this

The restaurant was very loud but that was expected . I felt very sick and unwell after leaving questioning coming back

Super noisy and busy. Restaurant fairly small and seating area and space not very spacious

I found that the food came out quick at first but as more customers came it started slowing down sometimes the staff would walk straight past the table without asking us if we were ready to order anything else

Been going their for a long time, since it opened, I had a booking for two, at the last minute my friend canceled, so I still came in, and told them it was just me, they told me that the buffet is for two and more, I should of paid for two people because my bill was $88 in the end, wouldn’t of thought that one person couldn’t eat the buffet bit annoyed

Service was poor, dishes were cold and we received the wrong order. Disappointed ☹️

This is our 4th visit to Okami Narre warren. It was sooooo disappointing. We had an interstate guest with us too which made it even worse. The edamame was served to us cold not warm as usual and you could tell they weren't fresh and had been sitting around for a while. They tasted pretty average and so we sent them back. The vegetarian gyoza was undercooked leaving the skin hard. They were luke warm at best and so we sent them back too. All in all the food was way below average and nowhere near as good as it usually is. Really not sure if we will be back again. Bring your standard back up Okami.

Had the buffet which had plenty of variety look forward to coming back

We have eaten here multiple times and loved each experience. Tonight however was terrible. Each item that came out was cold, and some burnt and just sloppy and thrown together. The cashier said ‘We’re sorry but we’re just really busy’. Unfortunately we won’t be going back

A great place for beautiful, high quality Japanese food at a low price. The strip mall exterior is deceiving, the interior transports you to inner city dining. If you do arrive early, expect to be sharing the space with families. You DO need a booking

Went to Narre Warren as Frankston was booked out, was noisier at Narre Warren but food and service just as good.

Really can't fault this restaurant. If I had to fault anything it would be the noise levels at times.

Fast service however food was average. Mostly the staff were friendly except for one waitress who was very short and rude when we requested more dessert close to the end of our sitting (10 minutes to go), and she declined our request. We then asked another staff member who happily served it to us.

Having the "we don't split bills" policy was extremely embarrassing and Rude. How is 1 customer able to pay for 8 or more guests.. Everyone pays via card and dosn't carry cash as its more safer. Not fair....

We love it, this visit was alittle slow as was very busy. cheapfor adults but too exp for kids. no way my 4yr old eats $18 worth.

Potato croquets were still frozen in the middle. Sent back to kitchen. 2nd time only just warm. Teriyaki chicken was dry. Teriyaki steak chewy. Managed to get home before bringing it all back up again. Will not be visiting again
