Good service freshly made food what more could you want

Fast service however food was average. Mostly the staff were friendly except for one waitress who was very short and rude when we requested more dessert close to the end of our sitting (10 minutes to go), and she declined our request. We then asked another staff member who happily served it to us.

Having the "we don't split bills" policy was extremely embarrassing and Rude. How is 1 customer able to pay for 8 or more guests.. Everyone pays via card and dosn't carry cash as its more safer. Not fair....

Potato croquets were still frozen in the middle. Sent back to kitchen. 2nd time only just warm. Teriyaki chicken was dry. Teriyaki steak chewy. Managed to get home before bringing it all back up again. Will not be visiting again

We came here again because we were feeling like Japanese food and this is pretty much the only Japanese restaurant within 20 minutes of home. We've been here many times before, but I feel like this time the good was the best that it's ever been. Tempura was nice and crisp, and the teriyaki steak was really juicy. We'll definitely be back again!

Slow service, asked for water twice when we got it no cups had to wait for cups for 1/2hour after asking twice again, asked for forks 3 times, waited for a scoop of ice cream for over 30mins..

This is one of our favourite local japanese restaurants. Must book as it gets really busy on the weekends. Food is always lovely so are the staff. Service is great too.

The worst is that it's winter and the air con is right above us with hot air continuously blowing down on us. Overall food is good, but the fried udon doesn't taste very good. Terayaki beef also not quite good. Most others are ok.

We love this place. We are heading back tonight. All you can eat rocks.

EXCEPTIONAL service with courteous, professional, prompt and very friendly waitresses. Reasonably priced in a relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely be back for more.

I've been here several times, but I found the most recent time that the quality of food was not at the usual excellent standard that I've come to expect from Okami. The chicken katsu was quite oily, and the tempura vegetable and agedashi tofu were softer than usual. Also, we came on a weeknight when the restaurant was not very busy, but were seated right next to a large group that was quite loud. These minor criticisms aside, I still want to reiterate that I have been here several times and I will continue to come back - it is a great restaurant to come to for quality, good value food and friendly, accommodating service.
